I had been looking for a dentist for years with no luck. I got so many different treatment plans that I could not afford and sometimes even entirely different plans from different dentist. I couldn't afford root canals and unfortunately had to get two teeth pulled. I always felt pressure at other dentist offices. I love going here. The staff has been nothing but helpful since day 1. Hardly any wait times. Easy scheduling. The front desk, dental assistants and Dr. Kerry Davis are all very professional and helpful! I have had a root canal, a cleaning and some fillings done and it was all very affordable, pain free and easy.
Located on the CSN Campus College of Southern Nevada on W Charleston, Las Vegas..I highly recommend!! Professional, appropriate & caring staff!! Great experience. **I went to CSN for a second opinion after an outrageous care, plan & fees at ANOTHER dentist.
CSN School of Dentistry, do not go to get treatment here. My experience has brought me to the evaluation of less than zero out of ten. I spent a fortune getting a lot of work, including bridges, crowns and filings. Two years ago we moved to Boston and I got to see a true dentist who knows what he is doing. All of my bridges are leaking and have to be replaced after only three years. How is it possible you ask? The dentistry is lacking professionalism, quality, and people in Las Vegas are in real trouble. The dentist here explained how in Las Vegas, the dentists are trying to save money by outsourcing the lab work. Since the bridges did not fit well he should have sent them back to be redone, instead he put them on trying to push me along. It is now costing me over fifteen thousand dollars for three implants and more to come. Be warned, go out of state.
I went there for a cleaning and the price was competitive. The dental hygienist competent and thorough. The Dentist I saw prior to my cleaning was really nice. This place doesn't scam you. I had been to 2 dentists prior to this who insisted I needed a deep cleaning at $450+. In addition they over diagnosed what needed to be done. So I now appreciate an honest dentist. They are price competitive which I appreciate. I paid cash but not sure what insurance if any they accept.
Today was my first bad experience at this office. I had no clue that the dentist was ordering white fillings for my teeth. With my insurance, fillings are no copay, but with this type of filling it's a major copay. So imagine my surprise at check out. The dentist said I was getting prior authorization for 2 bridges, not this type of filling. So, the receptionist said that on my authorization it was approved for the fillings and pointed to what it's called. I looked at her and said I do not work for a dentist I do not know what these mean and I was told I was getting prior auth for bridges. She just kept on going about her job. Nothing apologetic, no customer service to see what can be done. So I'm getting billed almost $300 because of no communication. They had a great receptionist named Gretchen who always explained what the dentist was going to do. They let go of an amazing hygentist named Steve, they let go of Gretchen due to new management and wanting more "diversity". I will only see the hygentist Lisa, the only dentist I will see is Davis or Mavroidis, untill management lets them go to because their experience and absolute care for patients doesn't fit their narrative. I know dental insurance coverage sucks because companies treat you like the work you need is cosmetic, that's why copays and coinsurance is high, but come on, my bridges are going to cost over $1000.00 and this office took away payment programs. This office is all business now, no customer service. I miss you Steve and Gretchen!
I have been here a few times so far. I feel confident, and comfortable with the staff. Great prices, and great ethics. I will continue to go here as long as I am in the Las Vegas area. I definitely recommend this facility.
