My first visit. From the first phone call to get information about insurance. Appointment was on time front desk was kind and professional. Assistant was great the person did the cleaning great. The doctor professional and kind informative and funny. My teeth look beautiful. Had a deep cleaning didn’t hurt at all. Excellent!!! Gwyneth

Not a great experience. My insurance states that I get two free dental cleanings a year. I was super excited to have my teeth cleaned but was told that the cleaning would NOT happen and that I needed to pay a whooping $370 for a deep cleaning. When I opted to just get my regular cleaning for the day and schedule the deep cleaning for the next month they sent me out the door. THIS IS A MONEY GRAB!! You can’t tell people a regular cleaning is unnecessary when that’s the only reason why the appointment was booked in the 1st place. I’ve had scaling and root planning before and NEVER have I been told that performing a general cleaning in the meantime won’t help anything. It won’t help at least remove the hardened plaque within reach?! No teeth polish, no flossing NOTHING!! Truly outrageously bad experience. I was so excited for my cleaning that I never received!

I had a great experience with everyone I encountered! they worked with me to make sure my appointment met my needs. It is hard for me to get off during the day with it being the end of the year so I was able to have an appointment at 6pm. Thank you Vinings Team! Happy Holidays!

***NEW PATIENTS BEWARE, CHECK YELP reviews ****** I believe people need to be wary of this place since they don't tell you once you are there about a deep cleaning service your insurance more than likely doesn't cover. I waited 30-45 minutes for my appointment and once I was in the hygienist told me it was mandatory of me to get tested on this gum machine that tested your gums health. The exam for this gum machine was really uncomfortable. I have always had healthy teeth and thought nothing of this machine. After another 30 minutes the hygienist said I needed a deep clean. The hygienist informed me they would not perform a normal cleaningcovered by insurance and that the deep cleaning would be hundreds of dollars extra. She was being pushy and I had already taken time off of work to come to what I thought would be a normal cleaning. So I went forward with it. In hindsight the office should inform new patients of this machine and mandatory deep cleaning. I don't know of the validity of this machine so new patients BEWARE.

The entire staff is compassionate, go beyond call of duty. Receptionist Marisol, Manager Dana are very professional and kind. They work very hard to help clients with in getting appointments and they are very good in following up with clients… exceptional . Dr Paladines is the greatest person, very kind and compassionate his work is exceptional. Truly, they are a Blessing!!!

I've been coming to this dentist office for quite some time, and the staff is always amazing nice prompt and helpful. I've personally never had any issues here and will always trust them with my dental needs. Thanks everyone staffed here for all that you have done and continue to do!

Dr. Paladines has been my dentist for years. I can absolutely say this is the best dental office I've been too. Always friendly and informative. He always does a great job! I see Mae for my cleanings, her and her assistant are amazing!

I have been a patient at Dental Professionals of Vinings for many years. The front office staff is very welcoming and helpful! The office is always very clean. They have measures in place to protect patients from covid-19 such as mask requirements, your temperature is taken the minute you walk into the office, sanitizing stations, they also have seating 6 feet apart. The entire staff wears a mask and they're careful to wipe down all equipment. All of the dentists are very knowledgeable and explain each step of your dental care. I highly recommend!

Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and so willing to address your concerns. They are extremely friendly which makes it easier for me to open up and articulate my concerns. Additionally, they are very organized and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable coming here which is very important for me to look forward to my visits.
