They do great dental work! All of my visits have been wonderful. Very courteous staff. Easy payment plans. Very helpful. Very pleasant experiences. No complaints. God Bless! Shalom!
I have been coming to this particular dentist office for over 10 years. The people that works. There are great pleasant most important t The dentist office is very clean. They take good care of me and my team I will refer always refer this office. Good job keep up the good work.
I was made to feel at ease when I called for an appointment and the good feelings continued throughout my visit the next day. Yes, an immediate appointment, no waiting for weeks. They did what I asked and didn’t try to goad me into more. They didn’t order unnecessary tests, talk down to me or talk bad about the state of my teeth. They provided the service I had been trying to achieve for years. I have fillings, crowns, bridges and root canals. I’ve been to dentists at all stages of my life and it is a relief to have one that respects my feelings and treats me with consideration.
Everyone here is so friendly. From the front desk to the dental staff. Dr. Blumenthal is great at his job, he definitely put me at ease before and after the procedure. I’ve already recommended several people to Dental solutions.
Efficient, knowledgeable and transparent. Every person I interacted with was so pleasant and explained to me exactly what was happening - from how the visit would flow, to the specific treatment I needed, and payment expectations based on my insurance, I felt very informed along the way. I would highly recommend!
Don't expect them to do anything other than what they want to charge you for after finding out what insurance you have. I was told over the phone that they could repair my crown which had fallen off and once there the dentist refused and would only create a new one. When I suggested that there was a course of action they could follow to use the existing crown the dentist asked me why don't I go back to the dentist who did the original work. His fear was I could choke on the tooth if fell out, which is a joke. I walked out at that point. They came highly suggested from a friend, but I will never go back. Front desk staff was very pleasant though I must say.
Went in for a filling that I had no issues with and left with sensitive tooth and pain. Flossing between my tooth even hurt so I knew they didn't fill it correctly. I went back in and the dentist "mansplained" to me how to floss until the assistant corrected him saying it wasn't my gums that hurt, it was the tooth. He didn't wear a hair net and his hair almost got into my mouth - it was disgusting. He drilled my tooth while it hurt and I had to stop. They refused to numb or do anything to alleviate the pain they caused. He told me they would give me mouthwash for it. They never gave me anything. I walked out and I will never go back. Two months later I still have tooth pain and I haven't been able to eat using the left side of my mouth. I went for a second opinion and they state they didn't complete the filling and left it exposed. Horrible practice and I'll be reporting those involved to the American Dental Association. -- 10/24/22 Update: I've been in pain for over four months. The second opinion dentist told me the fillings had to be redone because Dental Solutions left a gap. No wonder eating or even flossing hurt. Over 4 months later I am finally free of pain thanks to someone else who cared after finally securing an appointment last week. Dental Solutions never fixed the problem, denied the problem and told me "flossing" and "sensitive mouthwash" or a root canal were my options. They weren't. They never offered to redo the incorrect fillings - in fact they told me they were correctly done. Not that I would trust them to redo the fillings anyway. My teeth are in good shape, there was never a need for a root canal at all. I had the second dentist send Dental Solutions the x-rays and speak to the dentist as proof of the incorrect fillings with the hope I can get a refund from Dental Solutions since I had to pay double for the same thing, then Dental Solutions proceeded to lie to me about speaking with them - they would twist the second dentist's words when I know that's now what he said - I even called to speak with him myself to confirm it. Over and over and over again. Neither the office manager Tim or regional manager Dan ever called me back even after I had been calling almost every day for an answer. In fact, they must have noted or blocked my number down in this office because they only pick up the phone when I call with a hidden number. That's very suspicious and not okay. I've been nothing but respectful and kind over the phone in light of the pain I've been in and the runaround they are putting me through. Not only have I reported and opened a grievance with my insurance, I left them a poor review on Google here and with the BBB. I'll also be submitting a complaint via the state and the American Dental Association. I have a lawyer on retainer and I will happily add in 4 months of pain and suffering on top of the expense of fillings. I just want a refund for the incorrect work done. I am not asking for much. This isn't appropriate or professional in the slightest. Do not go here. Do not put yourself in the same situation I found myself in. Don't accept this sort of treatment from "medical" professionals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The experience at this dental office has exceeded my expectations the stuffs and Doctors everyone is nice keep up the good work and definitely will recommend family and friends thank you
Great office. Short wait times. Great, thorough attention. Always a pleasant experience. My dental hygienist for my cleaning was Kate and she was really good! I have braces and she helped me with spots I had trouble getting into, showed me herself and then let me try myself. It’s one thing for someone to show you something, but another to let you try yourself and guide you. I’ve been going for a few years, my job changed our dental plan and I opted for the more expensive plan so I could continue coming to this office and it’s well worth it. *update About a year or so later, still a great dentist office. My retainers chipped a tooth and they were able to correct it. Great staff.
I have a crippling fear of dentists, and would have never gone if I could bear the pain any longer. I need to have an implant done. The first visit wasn't so great, and I dreaded returning for the second step. But Julia who wasn't there the first time was AWESOME. She calmly explained everything step by step, and kept her composure when I lost mine. She took a terrible experience that I was dreading and single-handedly turned it into something slightly less terrible. I still hate and fear the dentist, but Julia helped me with that so much more than I can justify by putting into words. If she sees this, I hope she knows how much I appreciate all she did for me. And the best part was that it didn't feel forced or like she was giving my special attention. I feel like she is just genuinely a good person and a calming presence. And when you work at a generally scary place, those traits are invaluable. Give Julia a raise!
