Had an appointment. Show up, do the paper work. Then I wait. And wait. And wait for a solid hour after my appointment time. I finally got up to the desk to see whats going on, and I'm told they had some emergencies which pushed their schedule back. I understand that, but it would have been great to know that, and be given the option to reschedule without wasting an hour and probably more if I hadn't taken the initiative to say something. When rescheduling, I was told 'this doctor is usually pretty busy.' so I guess that means hour wait times without communication is normal?

My mother and I both go to this dentist office and we love their hygienist Kim. I always have a wonderful experience at this dentist office. I have been coming here for a couple years now and Kim the hygienist always takes great care of me. Amazing customer service, very personable and she is very good at performing the cleanings. She is very precise and careful during all of my appointments. I must say, she is the best hygienist that I have had thus far in comparison to some other dentist offices that I went to as a child. 5 out of 5 stars!

Unpleasant experience. The office wasn’t clean and the layout of the room gives 0 privacy. You can see and hear the other appointments going on 2 feet from you. I’m unsure if my $200 cleaning was necessary. Like other reviews, they don’t explain to you in the beginning why you need certain “treatments”. They just have the receptionist come out with a bill and have you sign it. The people were nice, but overall something just didn’t feel right.

Shady billing and business practices. After going here for a few years I just called and started asking about the onsite billing/why am I being billed onsite and by my insurance. This led to a discovery of the "credits" I had on my account for the over paying each visit within office. One credit from 2021 then one from June 2022. In no way did they communicate this credit or provide the refund over the years. They are now refunding only because I called asking about it. What if I never investigated and called? Imagine how many people they are doing this too. Also, like the other reviews mentioned they force you to get the "deep cleaning". Poor all around. Stay away to save your troubles.

The dentist was very judgmental and kept pressuring me to get something done that wasn't even very necessary. I did not like him at all and will not be returning.

This dental practice seems to be like a mechanic that finds mysterious problems with your car when you go in for a simple oil change. This is the only dentist I have gone to where the dentist does their evaluation before cleaning. The dentist said I didn't have any problems. Then, the hygienist said they couldn't proceed with the cleaning unless I pay $200 out of pocket for an antimicrobial treatment on my gums for minor gingivitis. I guess this office found a way to cure gingivitis in 10 minutes in order to make sure my teeth were ready for the cleaning. With this logic, I should avoid brushing my teeth until my gingivitis goes away. I am sure this office is good at large and expensive procedures but don't go to them for a regular cleaning. STAY AWAY!!!! There are too many good dentist out there to mess with these people.

I recently had a very poor experience with this clinic. First, the customer service was very poor. As a new customer, no one took the time to ask me about my dental history or make me feel welcome. The xrays took 45 minutes to complete as compared to 15 minutes. Then the dentist looked at my teeth for 1-minute, followed by the hygieniste who spent 2 minutes with me. I was then told my cleaning would be $300 above the basic cleaning with no explanation as to why. The next day, I received an additional $132 charge for the xrays, which is puzzling since this is covered 100% by my insurance company. I left the clinic without a cleaning and will not be going back.

First and foremost they do not have your dental needs in mind. Just quick turn and burn on profit. Same story as a lot of other customers. Went in for a routine cleaning. They pushed for a deep clean & felt pressured to buy services that were not needed. Was told that they had called and checked that these services were covered by insurance which was not true got billed for these. Had a sore jaw for 2 weeks after due to being rushed in and out like the dental equivalent of a chop shop.

BEWARE!!! After having this experience, I see the exact same situation happening to others in their reviews. This is a money hungry practice looking to flip you for a buck! The staff secretary, dental assistants are very nice and friendly, but they must be unaware of what they’ve got going on. I went for a routine cleaning and was pitched on over $500 out of pocket services. These services made no sense and I was forced to walk out. I then went to another dentist’s office the same week, where I discovered they billed my insurance for things they did not do, forcing me to pay out of pocket for my cleaning at the second, morally sound office. This second office performed a routine cleaning and confirmed that this office is OUT OF THEIR MIND! BEWARE!!!!

The office staff, dentist and assistants are very pleasant. The dentist did anexcellent job and they explain what they are doing. The dental hygenist was very nice and did a great job as well.
