My hygienist was personable & thorough. I got a cleaning & my visit was just an hour from check-in to checkout. I detest going to the dentist but she put me at ease. The dentist popped in to do a quick exam & she was also quite personable.

William Kapgan DDS is professional gentle and patient friendly. He explains the procedure process, make sure you’re comfortable and tries to minimize the pain level. Let’s patient know each time he’s washing his hands. I would recommend Dental World located 1410 Terrell Mill Road Marietta, Ga. 30067 to everyone.

Don't know where to start .. since I walked up to the counter everything started bad.. girl up front rude, then when they called I told them the insurance I had and said I wouldn't pay because insurance covered cost. Got there everything was bad my son has a learning disability and was asked to fill out the forms I explained that to her and she he still had to fill them up. Then I didn't have the referral so she said I would have to pay everything because it wouldn't cover since I didn't have the referral with me. I drove to Dr. Sara person who referred me and they had info where it was send to them as well by them.. I was so aggravated because after that it was one thing after another .. So I decided to leave my son was late. To school for no reason and I missed work. Need better staff at front they don't want to help you when you have. Question and are rude to respond to you.. Even when you walk in it feels like you aren't welcome here.

It was a really good experience! Technicians and doctors treat you in a very professional and familial way at the same time! You feel safe and in good hands. Highly recommended!

I had a cleaning and check up d today. Fariba is dental hygienist was very professional and nice, I will use only her service from now . Dr. Innesa was very smart and sweet. I will come back and recommend them to my friends.

This dental place is the worst. We brought our mom here to get here teeth redone and they made us pay over $5,000, only to have done something wrong during the procedure and want US to pay more money for their mistake. We called to see if they will redo it many times through out these 2 weeks and they have not called back once. The people at the front desk have no clue what is going on when you call them. These people just want your money and don’t treat you with care or respect. They expect you to pay for their mistake and act like you run on their time.

The doctor and staff were very respectful, care about my treatment. Got me back in a good amount of time and made me feel comfortable. Thanks.

Wonderful experience! I had a bad tooth extracted. I felt no pain. I was extremely nervous and the dental assistant made sure I was calmed down before the procedure. They are amazing and they listen to the patient! I will be back for regular dental care. I live an hour and a half away and it’s worth it!
