I took my daughter here 3 times, and every time. Everyone was great! Everyone was so friendly and nice even to the women at the front desk that checks you in. The office manager she’s so nice and sweet. You don’t have to wait long to get an appointment! And your also not siting in the waiting room forever!! Definitely the best dentist in south Philly!!
I was seen by a wonderful female Dentist, a person who was very warm and I loved talking with her. The Dental Assistant was as kind as the Dr. She took both my x-ray and my impressions with great care and compassion. It was the first time I enjoyed a Dental visit. Thank you so much to my new Dentist Sorry, I don't remember your name, but I will not see another Dentist there or any-where else. Thank you to the excellent Dental Assistant. Maryann B
Very clean. Everyone front from to back is warm, inviting, calming and everyone had a great sense of humor. I don’t have any major dental issues, so just a cleaning and my teeth feel very nice. Also, I’ve been complaining to dentist for years about my TMJ, and this was the first time a dentist took me seriously!! That made me feel validated - finally!! My son, who is somewhat shy, was actually talking to everyone - that says a lot about how comfortable they make you feel. I’d recommend to family and friends.
My sister and I have been going here since we moved to Philly so like 5 years! Amazing staff, easy to book your next appointment, easy to get there via public transport or car. Everyone is friendly, and informative!! Love the crew and will continue coming as long as I am in the area!
The staff was kind, courteous and accommodating. The environment was very clean. The service I received was very well done, any adjustments were made promptly and satisfactorily. I would recommend this Philadelphia Dental to anyone.
Amazing experience. I was very skeptical at first but this was the most professional dental experience I have ever had. I am so glad I trusted them with my new smile.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I came in for a routine cleaning and to ask for help with my TMJD. Dr. Dedov took one look at my back molars and said they were so worn down I would need 3 crowns. I am very diligent with my teeth and haven’t had a cavity in many years. My teeth are healthy. I went to two other dentists for a second opinion and they both agreed my teeth are fine and I don’t need 4k$ of crowns! They are a little worn from grinding but no bad at all. Don’t trust this place. It seems like they care more about taking your money than the health of your teeth.
I love it there, everyone was so friendly and professional. My experience was delightful and fast, they had me in a new smile within 7 weeks I have recommend them to everyone that asked me about the work.
My first time there very clean, respectful They are amazing from the dentist to the staff to the receptionist the x-ray tech they did excellent work good and also they how to treat patients they deserve a 10 star
Everyone here is so friendly! Both Drs. Dedov and Guerra are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I always have a great experience here. All the staff and assistants are great and welcoming and will make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of during your visit. I highly recommend this office!
