This is a great office, located in Midtown Manhattan near Penn Station.  I come all the way from Central New Jersey to see Dr. Kaufteil. Jay at the front desk, greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk through the door. She answers every question that I had patiently. It was raining when I left one of my appointments and she offered me an umbrella. How nice of her!  Dr. Kaufteil and his dental assistant Iro, are very nice, professional have calm demeanors.  Dr. Kaufteil provided options for my dental problem with no pressure.  I had a tooth removed and a bone graft with no bleeding swelling or pain. He is very gentle and provides excellent pain free dental care. Overall, Dr. Kaufteil and his staff provided excellent service and I will be coming here for my future dental needs.

This low review is due to the inept and misinformed administrative team. I made several phone calls and sent emails to resolve a seemingly basic issue. My dentist Dr. Kazi completed the wrong specialist referral form. When I called and emailed a copy of the correct form, I was told the head dentist would complete the form as Dr. Kazi was no longer with the practice. This did not happen and my voicemails and emails went unanswered. Each person I spoke to was unaware of the situation and I repeated the same information several times. Then, I was told to bring the form in person because the scanned version I sent was an issue. Jay provided me an earful about how busy the practice is and she's been working in the industry for 30 years and this was an oversight on my surgeon's fault it's not and my only option was to come in person to have the form signed. When I called on 9/21 to confirm what day and time to arrive, I was told the offices were closed until 9/26. I emailed a pdf copy of the form before heading out on 9/26 and received another call and email stating that the practice would not complete the form as it is no longer with the network. I now have to cancel my surgery and restart this process with a new dentist to have a simple form signed.

I had a great experience at Toothdocs on Madison Avenue.  Dr. Kauftheil is friendly, knowledgeable and gave me options for  my necessary treatment. He made me feel comfortable and took his time explaining everything to me.  His staff is very friendly and welcoming.  My family and I put our trust in Dr. Kauftheil and his staff.  I highly recommend Toothdocs to all of my friends and family.

Dr. K is just simply the BEST! I have been a patient for slightly over a decade an I must say, every visit is so welcoming. Dr.K really knows and understand how to keep my smile going. His passion, attention to detail & quick but efficient work is impeccable. I’ve NEVER left unsatisfied with his work. His staff are very polite and make you feel part of the family as well! I most definately recommend Dr.K to anyone who is looking for a dentist that will put confidence in your smile. .

Dr. Kauftheil and his staff are The Best. I do not give compliments or flattery. I only speak with truthfulness, as always. I have known many dentists in my life, however, Dr. Kauftheil is the only one that I recommend to friends and family. He has amazing talents and abilities with his artistic genius, his high intelligence,  his problem solving skills, his deep wisdom, and how intensely he cares for others. He has saved me after decades of dental issues that started when I was nine years old in an accident. My smile has never looked better and I enjoy smiling so much with confidence for the first time! I am so thankful, as always.

I  have  had  several dental implants done in the past , and it is my first time at this dental office .  I can honestly say that this practice has very professional, patient, and understanding staff.  From the moment I walked in the front door until my treatment was finished,  I was feeling the amazing experience, the waiting area , the furniture, the fire place , the decorations not a typical dentist office . Dr. Eldin is one of the best medical professionals I have ever met.  He makes you calm, explains everything and had a good sense of humor. The assistants have personality and they are very involved. They are constantly checking up on you, shout out to Stacy , such a wonderful assistant, Very hard to find such kind of staff , My implants were done swiftly and showed great knowledge and confidence. The communication was very profound and it was orchastrated beautifully. Very professional and i have never experienced it before. 5 starts to this office , highly recommended.

Having had many bad experience dental offices I was hesitant when looking for a new dentist.  I hadn't been to see a dentist in over three years and knew my teeth were in bad shape, and that they needed addressing. As soon as I walked in the office I felt incredibly calm and comfortable.  When Doctor Eldin came in to discuss everything with me he was not only judgment free, but also made sure to highlight the things that were going well in my mouth. That meant so much to me, and I left the consultation feeling good about myself and confident with the plan to move forward.  This was the first time I have ever left a dental office feeling good about myself!  Today I went in for my cleaning and to have two cavities filled.  After the first visit, I lost that anxiety from entering the dentist office. The fillings were finished before I even realized it. Dr. Eldin and the assistant Eva were so easy going that I almost forgot I was there for a dental procedure. This is NOT your typical Dentist. I didn't even feel a pinch when Dr. Eldin was injecting the Novocaine! This office goes really goes the extra mile for their patients, and I would and will recommend them to anyone that ever hints at needing a dentist.

Implants sound great but the reality is you need to be committed to a long process of at least 2 surgical procedures. Dr. Heller is a surgeon that has the nth degree of compassion and intellect and professional skill. His response to any request is immediate, efficient and best of all ups the comfort level.....plus he has a personality. And everyone in his office reflects the same commitment to the patient. He is a find!!!

I recently had the need to find a new dentist and was lucky enough to connect with Dentists on Madison. The care and treatment was exceptional and the fees for various procedures were reasonable and well below what I had expected.  Kudos to the front desk staff who are always there to answer a question.  Wait time for an appointment is minimal and the reception area is comfortable.  I would highly recommend  them to anyone in need of a dental professional.  Alan W

The last expierience I had with a dentist was unpleasant. However Dentists on Madison made visiting the dentist less stressful. The staff is very friendly and kind. They were nice enough to work with me and my budget. On the day of my procedure they gave me time to get myself together before beginning. The only thing that prohibits me from giving them five stars is priblem with maintaining appointments. Other than that I would definitely go back and get more work done.
