Hillary and the Denver Integrative Massage School Team are such incredible humans and teachers! I am so grateful that I chose to study with DIMS. The curriculum is extremely well rounded, thoroughly taught and well organized. Hillary and her staff were all very supportive and present throughout my year completing my education here. In times of doubt and hesitation, the staff was encouraging and attentive and without them I would not have left the program feeling as ready as I was! They did an amazing job preparing us for our careers. I will always cherish and remember the time I spent at DIMS as it was so impactful and positive! I went to DIMS in the July 2021 cohort and had an amazing time! The teachers are gifted veterans in the field, and do a great job passing along that knowledge. I had some experience as a trainer before starting, so the teachers did a great job adding to and refining my existing skill set. I also saw them teaching great fundamentals to those just starting their journey. Classes were fun an informative. In person trades were an amazing environment in learn and experiment with techniques. At every point along the way, I enjoyed my time here at this school. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for DIMS and the time I spent there. Everyone there is wonderful, and the program was set up really well. I loved the flexibility and that I could work at my own pace. I learned so much from the anatomy, physiology and pathology classes and thought they were really interesting. I enjoyed learning how to apply all of that to massage with the hands-on practice and loved that we learned so many different modalities, especially Thai. It’s amazing! I love that DIMS teaches it and teaches you how to incorporate aspects of Thai into any massage. Lastly, one unexpected benefit was the community. I made several friends there that I am still in touch with today, and will be for a long time. I would highly recommend DIMS and hope to take more programs there, myself, in the future.

Attending DIMS three years ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I did the immersion program in 2019 and had the most amazing time with the best class a girl could ask for. The hands on learning was amazing, and got great feedback from my instructors along the way. The learning space was perfect! We would start every morning with a meditation to set the intention for the day. I cannot believe it has been three years since my first day of class! Learning Thai as well as swedish has made me completely unique at the Spa I currently work at in NJ - I do a very different style than my coworkers that my clients love! Because of all that I learned at DIMS - from professionalism, to anatomy to technique, I quickly became one of the most sought after massage therapists at my spa. Thank you DIMS for teaching me how to help facilitate the healing in others so that I can help people feel better after they see me! Even when I have a long day, I end feeling happy that I made a difference to others, which was my goal from the start. Wouldn't have wanted to study anywhere else!

I am so grateful for my experience at DIMS and cannot recommend this school enough. The teachers here are so incredible and knowledgeable. Their patience and passion for teaching is very refreshing. I love how much they focus on body and mind awareness along with body mechanics, so we can all have long lived careers as LMT's. Going into clinic was always very grounding for me. We started every morning with either a meditation, stretches or Qi Gong which was a beautiful way to get into the state of mind for bodywork. What drew me in the most was the teachings of eastern approaches like Thai Yoga Massage. The best part is, they teach you how to integrate multiple modalities in your practice so you can make it your own. The program as a whole is extremely flexible, but you do have to apply yourself when it comes to the academic part of the program. But in times of hesitation the staff, teachers and classmates were always encouraging and inspired us to keep going. I can't thank Hillary, Kim, Eric, all the admin and everyone else enough for this invaluable educational experience.

DIMS was a magical experience - and a part of me is sad that it is over. That said, I feel so prepared to add massage to my wellness practice. Thanks for the warm learning atmosphere - would 100% recommend to anyone interested in massage!

Pros - Dims is a magical place. I left every clinic feeling amazing and more importantly I learned something each time. I believe that’s the whole point of school Hillary and Kim are clearly very knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact I was able to study under them. I enjoyed the flexibility of the program as I’m a biz owner myself and the dad of 2 little sons. I’ve met a lot of cool people that I’m still talking to after having graduated. Love that. UPDATE Oct 3rd 2022 - I'm leaving the "Cons" below, as that was my original review. Having mentioned that, I wanted to update this review as the owner Hillary reached out to me personally to discuss my cons. One of the reasons DIMS is NOT like other places is the owner actually cares. She emailed me a list of all their changes and thanked me for mentioning it in the review so they could make joining the DIMS team an easier process. I would recommend DIMS to anyone looking into LMT as a career choice. Cons - If you’re not a detail person like myself, you will likely NOT enjoy their entrance / acceptance steps to enter the program. I almost quit 5 minutes into the program entrance steps. . It’s easy, just very tedious and detail oriented. I’m happy I just closed my eyes and took the plunge! Some of the zoom classes could be tweaked to be more efficient. All in all I’ll give Dims a solid 5 stars. Nothing is perfect, but this is close. I’m not sure I’ve ever called something “magical” before, so for that reason alone I’ll give them a 5. Ive been working on bodies for the last 16 years, so the fact I was able to learn a lot is truly an amazing gift. Thanks Dims

I truly loved my time at DIMS! The teachers are a wealth of knowledge, in many healing modalities besides just massage, and they all have so so much to offer their students. Going to clinic never failed to be a grounding and peaceful experience, no matter what craziness is going on in your life, you can expect to walk in to school and have a couple hours of meditation, relaxation, laughter and lots of learning & good conversation. Everything was always streamlined…from zoom classes to clinic shifts. The entire staff is an efficient, well organized, and knowledgeable team! I graduated DIMS feeling totally ready to take the MBLEX and start my new career! I will miss it <3 but I plan on taking their other courses that they offer.

I was a student in DIMS massage program in 2019. First, let me say, the staff and teachers here are first rate. As an older student making a career and life change, I felt welcomed, encouraged and also felt their teaching approach was full of integrity and care. They are training students not only to be competent massage professionals, but deeply caring, thoughtful practitioners. But the BIGGEST gratitude I have for DIMS was how they worked with students whose education was impacted by the pandemic. They stayed close to us and made sure to shepherd us through the ambiguity and gave us so much extra time and support to complete things in an intense time. So you can be assured if you study at DIMS that you are not just getting top-notch training, but an attentive, experienced, compassionate staff that will care for you through your journey.
