Denver Mattress

Diana Chavira was the salesperson who helped us. She was so good!!! She was informative and very courteous. She gave us a good price with discounts and we walked away happy. She did a great job!! The people you do credit with is another story. I have a score of 828 and I was refused credit. My strong suggestion is that you change credit companies. I wound up paying cash for my mattress because I didn't feel like the store should lose the sale because of the credit company.

Diana was great! I’ve never been mattress shopping, she made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and the areas I need support. 10/10 recommend her! Plus she was able to tell me about all of the available discounts so I could save as much money as possible.

I went to two other mattress stores before I went to Denver mattress. I was not finding what I wanted at my pricepoint. I was greeted by Angel, who was a wonderful salesman. He helped me right away and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. Although there were brand name models, I chose the Denver mattress Plush Elite over any of them. The comfort, excellent reviews on Consumer Reports, and price were impossible to beat. I also love the fact that doctors designed this mattress to help with pain, as I suffer from pain issues. We had been to a few different mattress stores so we had limited our search to know what we wanted. Wish we saved our time and came here first. Diana and Riley made the final decision really easy for us. Great selection, prices, and no pushy sales.

When entering the store, Riley Shumway-McClarin, immediately acknowledged and warmly greeted my daughter and me and assured us he would be right with us. Riley was able to juggle several customers at one time, taking care of questions and needs he was the only salesperson there on a Sunday afternoon. He walked me through all of the choices and which bed would suit me best for my needs. He was extremely helpful as was Elliott Davis when we were looking at headboards for the bed I had chosen to purchase. The delivery guys were very helpful and friendly as well. And now I am totally enjoying sleeping on my new bed and can't wait for the headboard to be delivered to complete my purchase.

Had a great experience. Didn’t feel pressure to buy and specific brand. Tried 6 or so different mattress and the salesman Riley was very knowledgeable and helped us determine what would work best for both of our sleep styles. Mattress was delivered yesterday and we are loving it so far!

My husband and I came to Dever Mattress in Salem Oregon to shop for a king sized mattress. We had a smaller budget, and a list of things we were looking for. Diana, like the princess, was so helpful and didn't pressure us into anything outside of our budget. We hadn't planned on buying anything today but we found a reasonably priced mattress that fit our needs, a mini bed box spring, two great pillows, a pillow cover and mattress cover and we still stayed within our budget. It was a quick and easy process. We will be shopping there again. Thank you Diana.

Our experience at Denver Mattress was very positive. Riley was are sales person and we couldn’t be happier. It had been a long time since we had been in so we had a lot to learn about mattresses. Riley was very helpful with explaining the different options now available and helped us find the perfect mattress.

I purchased a new mattress and a Rejuven8 bed frame from Denver Mattress. I was given the options of picking the products up myself at their warehouse, having them delivered to my door installation on my own, or full delivery and installation. I asked whether installation included fastening to the headboard and was assured that it did. On the day of delivery, the bed was brought in and set up, but not attached to the headboard, which was left behind the bed leaning against the wall. Delivery men said they didn’t have the equipment to attach. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He agreed with me that this was unacceptable service. Said he would send another crew the next week. The second crew arrived, said they had no idea why they had been sent. I explained and they looked at bed. They said they weren’t sent with attachment brackets. I drove to store, talked with manager again, and he said they were getting the brackets. Weeks later, third crew arrived with brackets but said store policy was to not attach bed frame to headboard. One of the crew called the store and put me on the line with the salesperson who had sold to me. She denied ever suggesting that attachment to headboard was something they ever did. In a later call, she the salesperson said they had a form for me to sign if I wished to have the bed frame attached to the headboard. Workman a my house produced the form and I signed. Three workmen worked on attaching bed frame to headboard, but left it only partially attached because their drill had lost power. Bed has been left with a wobbly headboard.

Riley was very personable, receptive, warm and respectful He did not rush me He was patience and answered my questions with knowledge. the various mattresses and their built very reassuring and understanding of my situation. I promised him I’ll visit again and refer my friends to him!
