Amazing building and staff. Lived here for over 2 years and never had a complaint about management or building upkeep. Beautiful units/building with all luxury modern finishes and amenities. Maintenance requests are completed in a crazy fast manner same day. The building is up kept beautifully they repaint, vacuum and shampoo halls/carpets frequently as well as power wash the garage and the leasing office and manager are prompt, and friendly. I loved living here and am sad to have moved out, as I wanted to explore a different neighborhood of Denver. Nellie, the building manager, has been absolutely amazing. She's always so helpful and welcoming, incredibly awesome to work with. Always promptly and thoroughly addressed any issues or concerns which is quite rare ensuring everything always went smoothly, including move out. Friendliest and hardest working staff all around.Gary with maintenance is the best! Completely loved living here, sad to have left. Truly a great place to live.

I have lived at Modera River North for over a year, going into my second now. The property is extremely well kept thanks to the hardworking maintenance team and apartment managers. Any issue I have ever had, the team has been quick and eager to assist. Nellie the apartment manager went out of her way to help me the other day and I couldn't be more appreciative and happy with my living situation. Also, the amenities and location are fantastic.

Have lived here for over two years and have no complaints. Management is very helpful and is always quick to answer any questions. I really enjoy the area and love my unit! I'm going into my third year here and Nellie was extremely helpful in renewing my lease.

So far I’ve lived here a week and I love it! I live in a spacious studio—a lot of room for living and storage. The neighborhood is sweet too—very happy with my choice. Shout out to my girl Destina who gave a bomb tour on her first day on the job! If I had a sales team she would be on it

The biggest thing you learn about building management is that the quality of the individuals running the building has a dramatic effect on your living experience. Nellie and the maintenance team at Modera RiNo couldn't be better with prompt communication, transparency, and diligence to maintain this property to the standard of how it was when new. It is the biggest reason I have remained in the building instead of looking elsewhere. Excellent management is what keeps tennets!

New resident here, and I'm so glad I chose this place to call home. The staff, especially Jordan, have been so kind and accommodating since my move-in. I've never felt so welcomed. Not to mention the amenities and location, which are both fantastic. With such friendly and helpful staff, this is the place to be.

Just moved in but super happy so far! The staff is super nice and maintenance is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the safety of the building and the area and also am very pleased with the amenities in my apartment itself.

I originally lived on the first floor and they have to move me to the third due to mice. The hot tub hasn’t worked for 5 months. The turn over in the office is absurd, they even canceled my contract without informing me during an employee transition, then started charging my account for month to month. The have charged my parking 50$ more than I signed the contract for. I have contacted them several times to remove the incorrect charges and they acknowledged I was correct and they would remove them, however that has yet to happen. At this point the only thing modera ha to offer is it’s location and trust me you can find much more affordable places than Modera. The rent price is absurd for lacking the amenities that they advertise.

I am new to the building and the team and residents have been extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the process. The community is great. The building is well kept, and the apartment was in good condition when I moved in.
