Went for a soccer play for evening with my colleagues..the centre is good for a small crowd with decent enough amenities. Had some beers in the bar...good experience.
Not the nicest facility, but new manager is working hard to improve everything. Takes time to improve but I have high hopes. Refs are very fair and are very personable. Bar is fun after the games. I look forward to playing here several times every weekend. Prices are reasonable as well and almost half the cost of other facilities.
Because" i play therev every sunday for the past 5 years " & u will always have a great time..
Refs are slow and blind. My grandma can see better from the stands. Got robbed at the finals game. We had to play a back to back game and the opposing team didn’t. They gave us 15 minutes to rest. It literally makes no sense. Waste of money. Don’t come here people. Never coming back.
I have never played in a place where the MALE employees are so disrespectful to women. The refereeing is awful, unless your team has been playing there for awhile and then the refs clearly favor that team. The refs especially the larger buzz cut man scream at women and berate them. Its uncomfortable playing in a place where the men are so degrading to women. If your're a female, I'd recommend playing elsewhere. This place struggles to keep female teams for continuous sessions and now I can see why. My team will be leaving and playing at a place that actually respects women. In addition, the amount of cheap, scrappy teams outnumbers the women's teams that actually have skills and don't try to injure the other team. The fact that recreational women's soccer at this place is terrifying because of the teams that are out there to hurt people is disgusting. If your a female, stay clear of this place. In regards to your response: I wrote my review anonymously out of fear of retribution. In addition, I have already been injured and screamed at on several occasions due to the facilities ability to punish aggressive behavior appropriately.
Played here as a kid and was invited to a mens game recently. Nice facilities. Good if you're near there. Not sure about the level of competition tho. Had fun but prefer other indoor facilities closer to my side of town. Still a good spot and has 2 fields
It's sad since I played here as a kid and I continued to play here for years as an adult. They recently got a new manager and they really don't seem to care about their clientele. I've personally seen many injuries and much rougher play then there needs to be. Prices have increased and playing time has gone down. I've sadly decided not to return to this site.
About 120 teams play here every 8 week session. At 550 a team thats 66000 every two months. Not to mention income from the bars and rented out spaces within the facility. There is zero excuse for no air conditioning. It was 98 degrees with no ventilation today. And in the winter the roof leaks all over so when walk in you can smell the mold from the carpets. I used to play here as a kid 15 years ago and there has been zero maintenance since then. Literally nails sticking out of the boards inside the field. The refs are perverted biased ass holes. Not all but certainly more than enough. Its the only place in town to play and the slum lords no it. And I got a game soon so see ya.
This place is FILTHY and dirty--BUT, we just had the MOST fun at a party held here... and, tho most of the food we ate was brought in by the party-goers--either the ranchero taco plates we also had were made and heated/served by their staff--OR, maybe just heated by their staff--if they provided them--they were some of the BEST I've ever had and, I've had a LOT--if they merely heated them--that was the most convenient and kindest gesture that they provided. I have to ask the party planners eventually what was up with the delicious ranchero tacos! The space was perfect for the party--and, tho chaos ensued from the huge group we were with--it was safe and suitable, and everyone had a BLAST! The staff was NOT informed either, which was VERY frustrating--but, once I found our responsible party planner/parent, I didn't need to interface with the staff...
This place is a disappointing excuse for a sports facility. Where to start: no ventilation so it's humid from sweat and hot in the summer, freezing in the winter and the facility looks like it's literally falling apart. They charge for a team fee and player pass and referee fee-where is all this money going? The parking lot is not maintained at all- have seen many vehicles get stuck when it's snowy. Some of the officials are defensive and confrontational when you talk to them, and when you complain to Janie or any of the staff, they say that they are "professional" referees- they officiate MLS games. I didn't know being a professional is a license to be threatening. And why is there a bar at a sports facility? And the owner also coaches children, and makes them attend practices at the facility while also paying the full facility fees. Conflict of interest much? No better example of an arrogant owner who only sees dollar signs. Do not pay attention to those 5 star, 3 word reviews, they are obviously filed by facility employees/owners. Save your money and sanity and go to another respectable facility.
