Everytime I've been there it was fast and easy and they were nice. Of course that was before covid a couple of years ago.

They are helpful

Never answer the phone while other office answer

Terrible service and terrible knowing that disabled people cant get help

Im sure if this review goes to the service call center 487-LIVE but if so, when you call to cancel your app, they make you listen to the informational recording twice, once at the beginning & once at the end, which is really not helpful for those of us with minute phones. ..unprofessional & selfish for using my minutes & my time!

Prompt and friendly. Clean establishment, especially for the place it's around. Wait times are usually minimal. This is the best office I've been to so far. Only complaint I have is that they should have an actual parking lot in back to pull in to because it's hard to back out into a busy street.

Love this DHS and my worker! I'm never here longer than an hour unless it's because of my appointment. Wait times are usually short. Parking is sometimes hard to find but that's to be expected.

They helped with programs I didn't even know about. Very informative an helpful. Fast service
