The absolute WORST. That should pretty much cover it. Read the reviews, they are all correct. Been waiting months for my payments like so many others. "But we have beacon so it'll be better".....riiiiight. Can't even talk to a live rep. Ridiculous.

You can at least answer the phones and emails. The phones literally hang up on you! There's about ten numbers out there and somehow they managed to not answer any of them. I cant even file an appeal. Someone has logged into my account and changed my social security number! I've emailed up to the state senator. This is crazy.

Everybody there should be fired because nobody’s doing their job nobody’s answering the phone nobody is answering the inquiries or anything. So can you tell me that why y’all are getting paychecks and not doing your work?

The system is rigged. Their system 'automatically' collects MILLIONS without fail. Now it's time to keep the oath and "Uh oh. We can't give you YOUR money. We failed".

I have called every number, tried every option and emailed everyone possible. My unemployment claim says Active. I should be receiving money but every webcert I do says Payment On Hold. Why is no one working on this issue?
