In town for a job interview and needed my suit cleaned unexpectedly. Dropped off at 8:30 and it was ready at 2:50. Looked great. Terrific service and I would definitely recommend.

I needed a washable quilt washed and dried. I thought that they did that for $25 on the phone they had said $51 and I just looked at my credit card statement and they billed me $75. I won't be using their service again. I think that that is way too rich for my blood. It's a wash and dry item not even a dry clean thing. Next time I'll just take it up to the laundromat that has a bigger machine but I'm going to contest this on my credit card as well.

I had a bad experience here a couple years ago. Part of the issue was that they tied my order to another person with the same name. I worked out what I thought was a good resolution with the company - they offered me a refund and I said I'd be happy to take a store credit and give them another try. Unfortunately when I inquired about my credit, they said it had already been used. I presume it was used by the other person with the same name, because I hadn't been back in. There's another cleaner just east of the Safeway, a block away, and it's less than half the price and great quality. Go there. ---post owner response follow-up -- I object to the implication that my review is untrue and my motive is anything but sharing a bad customer experience. I'm happy to share the email with your GM after the initial complaint - and the recent one where he says I used the credit which is apparently still on your records, despite your claim that it was too long ago. I guarantee if you investigate you'll see that THIS David Shaw did not use it. 12/17/19 - I just saw the nasty final reply from the owner about "all but opening up the cash drawer" and challenging readers to decide if my review was fake. I DID speak to the owner about this on the phone. They looked me up and made a credit which I was able to use. I WAS in their records! He even blamed the error on the GM's brain injury. I wasn't trying to scam anyone - I was offered cash and volunteered for a store credit for them to make it right. Who's the scumbag here, you decide!

I've taken coats here before and had awesome service. Just called asking about an ink stain and was advised on a better way to clean it instead of bringing it in! A business that is in business to help people instead of helping their bottom line is always a place I'll go back to.

Ok well 1st of all I'd like to make it a point to say if you're looking for a real dry cleaners, this is " THE PLACE TO GO " !!!!! Now I know looks dont have anything to do with dry cleaning, but your experience with customer service kinda does . I was very pleased with the young lady that answered all of my questions on the phone , MORGAN , and told me exactly what I wanted to know. So when I actually went to drop of my dry cleaning, i was greeted by a very professional, but very welcoming , beautiful young lady, but she wasnt rude or stuck up like a lot of beautiful women can be . She has a personality and attitude that is just as beautiful as she actually is, and I'm telling you that is very rare these days ...I don't know about anyone else, but my personal experience with customer service for as long as I can remember has been very poor. So yes I'm excited to tell everyone that you should take your dry cleaners HERE !!! Not only dry cleaning, but they do an amazing job on pressing, creasing and heavy starch , so if you're like me and that's something you want and or need then look no further . I just hope Morgan is working when you go in , she is not only professional but she seems to actually care about what the customer wants, and yes I'm going to say it again, she is very beautiful and has a beautiful attitude also. I only wish I hadn't wasted my time and $$$$ at all the other places that did very poor quality work.

Absolutely terrible cleaners and customer service. Go somewhere else. They had my leather purse for a month and a half after telling me it would be ready in 2 weeks. I went to the store 4 different times to pick up the bag because no one called to tell me it wasn’t ready. And when it was finally ready they wanted to charge me $85!
