This was 2 to 3 times the price of any other dry cleaner I’ve ever used in my life. Very friendly but I’m never coming back due to prices

Warm, good prices and dependable good cleaning!

First off, the business performance and overall customer experience was first class. My shirts and pants were done the next day, and came out beautifully. I had one shirt that required new button hole stitching, I was told it would take five days for the repair but on day number three I got an email telling me my shirt was done!! Over deliver ...rare , exemplary, PERFECT! Jessie and John were excellent to deal with and very efficient. I may have developed a little tiny crush on Jessie because she is beautiful and we talked about fly-fishing Seriously though, she was absolutely professional, and fantastic to deal with. They provide peerless attention to detail, and striking customer service. Dependable Cleaners gets my highest personal recommendation.

*UPDATE*: After writing this review, I was contacted by upper-management. She did everything in her power to make it right to me. I found her solution very acceptable and will return, to another store, for an alteration. I was not happy with the price for rendered services, was never notified that my items were ready for pickup, and was not able to complete my list due to the manager not comfortable with taking measurements for alterations. I was assured that I would be refunded 20% for my unhappiness with the of price cleaning and small alteration holes sewn in pockets for a jacket, to which I was told "I will not refund you any money," but was offered 20% off on a future service. I replied to that that I will no longer go there. My first and last experience with Dependable Cleaners. A positive note. The suits that were cleaned were clean and pressed well. They did miss a few spots on another item, said jacket.

Nice folks but literally 2x the price of other cleaners in town. I called around to several other places to verify this after being charged a ton here for only getting a shirt and two pants cleaned.

My favorite dry cleaners services. This store in the Englewood area has always delivered in a timely manner, doing an excellent job both in customer care and friendly service. Besides being reasonably priced, the cleaning service is excellent

NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! The lady almost got me fired from my job because she kept calling me and leaving threats on my voicemail. When my rug got returned to me it was DAMAGED!! This is a rug I just got for Christmas too. I will NEVER go back to them!!!! I WILL tell everyone I know not to go to them...and trust me I know alot of people because I was born and raised in Colorado. I should have read the 1 star review on this place and went to someone else. UPDATED: NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION "SUE ME". SERIOUSLY Wow Let this be a lesson to EVERYONE, if you try to tell the truth against this company they will try to SUE you. Makes you think How many other people have had nightmare stories like mine maybe even worse then mine but was forced to take down their truthful reviews??? Too bad this company doesn't understand one of our rights as "We the people".
