When it comes to Mobile Home Parks, Derby Run is the several grades above the rest. Unlike some parks the speed reducers are fair and not the size of curbs. And the management are delightful. Many wonderful neighbors. Great for kids. Near not one but two 7-11s.
This mobile home park is the cleanest nicest mobile home park in the city! Grew up here and had a wonderful childhood with great memories! A great family oriented neighborhood.
The lady at the office was raised by Hienas because her attitude is horrible. Went there with the intention of buying and after informing the seller about the incident he said " no wonder nobody calls me back after going to the office"
It's very well kept up it doesn't look like a trailer park it looks like a community friendly community

For a trailer park, they run a tight ship. No noisy ,unpainted trailers or junk laying around
