I got juvaderm lip injections and my injector was so sweet, so skilled, and I loved her so much! She did an amazing job, so professional, and so sweet!! but the receptionist lady’s that greet you, they were a bit mean and not as sweet as the women who actually do the procedures. They didn’t really greet me nice and when I asked a question to pay with 2 different cards she immediately told me “hold on”. I felt like it was kinda rude, cause her demeanor and attitude, Because she could have said nicely “if you could please hold on I have something I have to do” it would be different.. but the women who do preform any procedures is so sweet and really skilled! I recommend it so much!! These ladies are awesome!!! The rating is really due to the front desk ladies.. but other then that it would be 5 stars!!!

Katie is great and does an excellent job. The front desk staff can be a little much. They do not give you your credit card sheet back to tip and ask you in a loud voice what you would like to tip.. I give a nice tip but prefer it to be private. I do not think the entire waiting room should know what I am tipping and this is a bad policy. The five stars is for Katie

Still don't have a refund after cancelling the membership plan. I'm owed $200 and no one is calling me back. They don't have a corporate office or phone number to give out. I've been left no messages. I have the email that says my membership had been canceled. I've looked up secretary of state to see the med spas are all owned by another LLC. The locations I visit are Sandy Springs and the Peachtree corners location at the forum. Katie, at Sandy Springs is a great esthetician and Courtney at Peachtree corners location is an injector for Botox. She's the best I have yet to encounter. The first time I tried Botox my eyelid dropped slightly. I was not happy. Someone told me to give Courtney a try, I explained to her what happened. She explained to me why it happened and about all the muscles in my eye area and forehead. Let's just say. I didn't have any issues and my Botox lasted four months without me seeing those forehead folds.
