Went in for annual check and review of a couple of issues. Met Chelsea Shift for the first time. She was great! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Hardly had any wait time too. Always a good experience with this group.
Dr. Martin and her nurse Erica, I think? were so kind and helpful. I've had a rough year health-wise and it was refreshing to have a positive medical experience. Dr. Martin took the time to listen and explain some stuff, which I really appreciated. <3
This was mt 4th visit to this office and Dr. Hester and his long-time medical assistant, Sue, are exemplary of what clinical medicine should be. They are efficient but i didn’t feel rushed or unable to ask questions. They were calm, reassuring and curious. I felt confident which is kinda rare these days.
My wife and I have been coming here for years. I really like Dr Hester and I had a great experience with Dr Vanderbeek. My experience with scheduling and with the two Physician Assistants that I've seen has not been good. I'm a physician assistant so their level of training is not at all the issue. I'm still angry about a visit I had with a male PA approximately 3 years ago. He appeared to have decided what was wrong with me with a very cursory examination and from a very brief history. He would not consider any other explanations for my symptoms. When I called to make an appointment this January I was told that doctor Hester did not have an opening until August. If I wanted to see a PA I could be seen in May. The PA I saw Carolina Nick, PA-C did not take any time to try to determine my educational level or experience level in talking about dermatology problems. She immediately started talking to me like I was about 2 years old. While I was disappointed that they did not do the procedure I was asking for, that was an understandable issue. What was not understandable was being treated in such a condescending way.
Very friendly and personable. They understand the stress the patient is under and do everything they can to provide a calm relaxed environment. Dr Woody is fantastic. Her team Wendy, Nellie are fabulous. I can’t rave enough about them.
Excellent!! They got me in with a concern I had with my dr. Everyone is very friendly. And Dr. Hester is wonderful. And makes me feel relaxed.
Great knowledge by Dr’s. Very happy with the treatment plans. HORRIBLE billing and customer service. Billing insurance is a struggle apparently, but quick to send bills to a third party collection agency without notice. If my daughter wasn’t finishing a long treatment plan, I would not come back for the billing department alone. UPDATE **I did leave a message for the Regional Director of Operations, with no call back.
Could not be more impressed with the gentleness and professionalism of Carolina and her team. I went in for a skin cancer screening and we had to biopsy a spot on my back. I explained how nervous I get and they were both so accommodating and careful with me through the whole process. Even sat with me after and chit-chatted to help the nerves settle. Highly recommended!!
Everyone made me feel at ease. Very friendly staff. The waiting room and sxam room was pristine. Highly recommend going to them for your sin needs. .
Check in is always quick and efficient. Once in the room had to wait a bit for the doc to come in but always thorough and engaged. Only issue I have is that it is so hard to get in there as you are SO busy, so cancelling any appointment you do have is not an option. I made my appointment months in advance and it happened to coincide with a very important appointment my husband had and I couldn’t attend as I wouldn’t have been able to see my doctor for a year! That was very unfortunate.
