Everyone at Dermcare is so kind and caring. I had a mole removed on my face and they made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step. During the procedure Dr. Hayes was great about distracting me and keeping me informed of how it was going. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Have followed with Dr Kornbleuth since having a basal cell cancer removed 4-5 yrs ago. He is extremely thorough in his exam and exceedingly pleasant to talk with. His staff are friendly and well organized. Overall my visits with this office are low stress and time efficient. For my derm needs I will not be going anywhere else.

I am only sorry that they I cannot rate lower than one star! I made an appointment, at which time they verified my coverage. They are busy, so the earliest they could make the appointment was three months out. Then, just a few days before my appointment, they called me and told me that they do not accept my insurance plan and cancelled the appointment. I called my insurance carrier and verified that my plan was accepted by this doctor. So, I called the doctors office back and explained what my insurance carrier told me, but was told again that they do not accept my plan. I called the insurance carrier again and they called the doctor on my behalf to help to straighten it out. This time the doctor's office told the representative from the insurance carrier that they are not accepting new patients. WHAT LIES!!! This is ridiculous. If you are looking for a dermatologist in the Natick area, DO NOT choose Dermcare Physicians!

I had moh surgery in Natick today with Dr. Raynham. She is by far the best in her field and works with such confidence reassuring about how the procedure is going along. I was treated with such professional and friendly care by the staff, especially Johanna. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed. Their Natick office has a comforting suite where I had coffee and read my book in a quiet room while sitting on a comfortable recliner! A pleasant visit after all!
