In-house service good but delivery service not recommended,,driver made a Alzheimer’s patient look for some one to get her packages in the first floorinstead of taking it to her doorhe gave me the boxes in the first floor then he gets in the elevator with me with his empty cart in which he gets off in the same floor as me,very inconsiderate for not completing a service they advertise but drivers take it own their own not to provide,Mom was waiting to give the delivery guy a nice $20 tip he wouldn’t get for not bringing moms her delivery to her door

I am working with this pharmacy on getting medication for regulating some hormonal imbalances. I am glad I was referred to Nina by my GYN and she has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. She explained everything very clearly and makes sure to speak to my doctor before making any decisions so that they can be on he same page. Thank you Nina and the entire staff team.

Derosa Pharmacy is a fantastic establishment. My family has trusted their health needs to them for over twenty years. They have always dealt with us in a very warm yet professional manner. They’ve always been punctual with delivering my sister’s monthly medical supplies and medicines. They have always done their very best to obtain any specialized equipment. Whenever something wasn’t possible they were quick to come up with alternatives.

De Rosa Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever seen, they are very professional. they care about patients, my whole family go to this pharmacy. Very good work, keep up the good work. I have been in this pharmacy for a long time and i do not think to change it. God willing

This place is great! At another place they were charging me 181.89 for a medication I needed and I went here and the price was literally half the price! You guys should definitely make this your first option. Also, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and professional.

UGH! This pharmacy can not help you with real problems. I ruined my bottle of blood pressure medication by accidentally dropping it in the toilet. The pharmacist has REFUSED to REPLACE IT even though there are refills left on it. It's been 3 days now without my heart medication. My blood pressure has been a nightmare. I am having all my medications immediately transferred to CVS. These small business pharmacies are terribly unreliable This is the only pharmacy I ever came across that won't give you an emergency supply of life preserving medicine while waiting for the doctor office to call. I can only imagine if this was insulin for diabetes!!! . I probably would have died. Ugh.

The staff is very nice and professional. I have been going to this pharmacy for four years and I have never had a problem. The staff is always willing to help and take their time to answer all your questions.

Horrible service, the staff is extremely unprofessional and especially Cindy and Her supervisor Marisol. Extremely incompetent. After I went twice for measurements for an AFO brace and office visit. I was called a week later to tell me that they didn’t accept my insurance. Which is not true. They are a provider for my insurance. My experience is that the medical support dept. Is clueless and incompetent.

This place will reap you OFF and they hide behind a No Return policy. I bought an item that is priced everywhere else at around $11 and they sold it to me for $30. When I asked for my money back the owner saw nothing wrong with such a high mark up and blamed the prices on regulations. They are taking advantage of the immigrant community. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
