Desco Vacuum Supplies

For Dyson user: Even if you have a warranty, it seems Desco will often find something to fix out of warranty. Ask for a detailed bill. Ask for the price they will report to Dyson. There discrepencies between the price they charge the clients and what they report to the manufacturer. In my case there was 16$ more than reported. If you can, insist to send the machine back to a Dyson owner and operated repair center.

The vacuum cleaner cord was fixed for $150, but they lost the back cover and HEPA filter. The repairman insisted that I brought it in without the cover which was not true. I delivered a complete vacuum for repair and received a partial in return. When challenged, he said "it's not important." I then had to spend $59 to get a new cover and filter through SEARS. My advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Buy a new vacuum instead somewhere else.

Best to avoid Desco unless you want to be over charged and told you need fix something unrelated and unnecessary to your problem. This is a Dyson service center but your best off shipping your vacuum directly to Dyson. Dyson call center even said the name of this shop before I brought it up. Stress should not come from a vacuum place...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They are ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! They kept my vacuum for almost 30 days WITHOUT EVER CALLING me and then when I finally got through to them, RICHARD who claims to be the owner but refused to give me his last name, screamed and yelled and kept hanging up the phone. After numerous and repeated calls, he finally spoke with me and stated the repair is not covered under the Miele warranty and was trying to bill me almost the full price of the vacuum for the repair, when Miele clearly indicated it was covered!

Business took almost $200 to repair relatively new vacuum cleaner without disclosing that they would be unable to remove odors. Rather than reporting it or refunding money, the manager courses me out. Absolutely awful experience.

I love this store- they repaired my Miele vacuum the power head broke and was really expensive to fix BUT they sold me a replacement that was even better ! The sales people were really friendly and helpful !

Same day service on my Dyson DC39, more like 2 hours total to move up the queue, diagnose the issue and get replacement part out.

Best vacuum store. I love these guys. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Just bought a Miele Calima C3 from them and suddenly I love vacuuming. Haha.

This place closed!!! I used to love them. Are they somewhere else???!!!!
