Great experience in a very uncertain and vulnerable moment. Emma was top notch and professional. She explained every test and process as we went through the appointment. My wife and I felt as though she truly cared about our concerns both with my hearing and our financial situation. I will definitely be recommending her and this office.
I enjoyed my visit there. It was quick, efficient in retrieving results, and people there were very polite and understanding. Definitely would visit again for possible hearing related problems!

Dr. Ramirez-Llra and staff is terrific. They take the time to get to know you, so that they can prescribe the best treatment for you.
Went in with no appointment girl at the desk was very pleasant and helpful she took my broken hearing aid in in about five minutes came back hearing aid fixed no charge
