I never write reviews but I had bats flying around my house and was worried they were living somewhere in my home and when I called this company, even the woman that answered the phone was able to answer all my questions that i had about bats. When Steven and Joseph came by to do the job, they showed up on time and they both spent close to an hour going through my entire attic and every inch of my house but found no evidence of bats. They did find a few places where rats could possibly come in and needed to be repaired but they were small fixes. Even though I called and was concerned about bats, they examined my house for any potential issues of wildlife. So for the amount of time they spent and all the information they gave me, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

The quote was on the expensive side. I relayed that there were rats in the attic for a 1200 sqft home. Cleaning was $1325. Rodent trapping was $489. Exclusion was $985. Bi-monthly spray service was $69. And the total was $2,868. The market price of rodent removal services is around $300 to $600. I was also quoted $3000 to $5000 for pidgeon nest removal that I didn’t ask for. A separate AC company checked my roof and I didn’t have any. Lastly, I asked for the pictures since I paid $69 to have them come over. They didn’t even want to provide that unless I pay $249. This appears to be a scam to upcharge and just bill for the service call of $69.
