From start to finish on our project Design Everest was with us every step of the way making sure our plans were exactly what the city needed. Darrick Lor is a true professional and he and his team handled any challenge that our project presented. He even contacted the city on numerous occasions directly to help move things along. I was looking for engineers to help with the design of a backyard project. I got to learn this company through web search, decided to use their service after reading many good reviews. I have to say they didn’t disappoint me this time. The final product I received was absolutely beautiful and professional. My special thanks are to Pranay and his coworkers, a group of dedicated engineers, highly professional and accountable. If anything can be improved in their service, I would like to see the product delivery be more punctual.
The people i was in contact were amazing! Very informative and knowledgeable. The gentleman who came to look at my project gave me great information and direction for my project in a way that was very understandable. Had the pleasure to work with Shrey, Project Manager, on the a structural wall removal. He was knowledgeable and kind, returned my calls promptly, explained details perfectly, and was there for me in every step of the project. The engineer answered the follow-up questions quickly and adjusted the plan as needed. A great company to work with. I highly recommend Design Everest. Be sure to ask for Shrey!
We have absolutely struggled to work with this company... Our simple project has been delayed months, costing us so much time and money. There were quite a few errors in the plans and title 24 assessment. We have specifically asked for our needs and our contacts dodge answering questions fully, or are not clear. Communication is greatly lacking and it’s hard to get a hold of someone. We still have no resolution to our issues months in, but I don’t anticipate them being resolved quickly at this pace. Unfortunate and very dissatisfied for the amount of money we spent.
I highly recommend Design Everest. Megan Malone was a life saver. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She immediately understood our problems and solutions. The best.
Marcus Yan and his associate came to our home to observe our building project on 1/13/23. We are in Boulder Creek, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and this was in the middle of the biggest storm in decades. They showed up on time, professional and very pleasant. Mr. Yan listened, made and explained suggestions, and drew them. During our whole grueling permit process, he was our first glimmer of hope and sanity. It has been a pleasure to work with both Darshika and Yonas on my SB-9 property split. Darshika provided great project management and helped keep the project moving forward and on track. And Yonas performed all of the Civil Engineering and lead the development of the tentative map and parcel map.
I have worked with Design Everest on many projects over the past few years. They provide great communication and do great work as well, all for a fair price.
