I am so glad my friend connected me with Jamie Burke, because, otherwise, I wouldn't be looking at the dress of my dreams right now as I write this review. Jamie exceeded expectations from the very beginning. She answered all my questions, provided helpful suggestions, and really made me feel well taken care of. And I'm just going to tell you now, she will be just as excited as you when you find your dress! Because I live in Nashville, and I wasn't able to fly up to New York to see it, so I was nervous about not trying on the dress before buying it. Well, super star Jamie hopped on to facetime and did an entire bridal appointment virtually. I just received my dress in pristine condition in a timely manner. Everything about the dress is STUNNING and they went above and beyond to make sure it was in perfect condition for me. Every step of the way, Jamie and the team at Designer Loft made me feel supported and excited for my big day. If you are looking for top tier service, then go to designer loft. I promise you won't regret it!

Virginia, bridal consultant, did such an amazing job helping me find dresses for my body type! As a bride, dress shopping isn't always so easy. But Virginia made me fall in love with so many dresses! It was amazing! It's a must go!

Wedding dress nightmare It’s less than 24 hours till your wedding day, you are so excited and so happy literally counting down the minutes till you marry your love. Your beautiful wedding dress arrives to your door and you rush to unbag it full excitement w butterflies in your stomach. Finally the dress you spent countless hours daydreaming of is on the hanger. A closer look at the dress and your HEART SINKS you are flooded w tear of pain and anxiety less than 24 hours away from your wedding. The seams of your dress are cover in filth from bridal shop, the appliqués are loose and hanging on by a single stitch, the beading on the sleeves are sliding off a threads, the dress has a strong odor of sweat from your fittings and is wrinkled. Crying, frustrated, and throwing up you trying figure out you where went wrong for this to happen. Frantically calling the bridal store asking happened to everything you promised me, why wasn’t the dress dry clean or steamed or the alterations completed like they promised, just to be RUDELY hung up on. In more tears in a panic you spend your last hours as a bride to be on your hands and knees trying to scrub the dirt off your wedding dress, deodorizing your dress every 30 mins trying not to damage or discolor your gown, steaming the long train your self but they promised they would. Up till 2 AM on the day before your summer wedding heartbroken because the dreams of your perfect wedding gown are ruined. This was my story. my experience w designer loft was not a fairytale ending every person dreams of having the night before their wedding. I was given False promises and false hopes. At the very beginning of my dress process I asked the bridal shop employees if they can handle the work of a very large ball gown they reassured me multiple times they can. As time went on I was losing my hope with every visit I found myself settling with their opinions bc my style choices for alterations were outdated, uncommon or impossible. My dress alterations were put off till a monthMay before my wedding June but my dress came to the shop in Feb/March. I noticed in my last 2 fittings that my dress was beginning to have a sweaty smell and was picking up dirt from being dragged around the store floor. I asked multiple times out of anxiety if they would send the dress to the dry cleaners before it’s picked up they said yes all times as time will tell they did not. I provided photos the unfinished alteration it was very heart breaking to have my wedding experience ruined by this company.

Such a great place with an amazing environment. As soon as we walked through the door I was sure I will find my dress, and it was exactly like that. Amy was amazing and helped us find my dream dress with so much patient and lovely. O would definitely recommend going there.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Designer Loft Bridal and had an amazing experience. After going to a multiple bridal shops this is definitely the place to go! My first appointment was with Camila she was very attentive to what style I wanted and helped me pick out a nice assortment of dresses to try on. Camila was right there when I needed help but not in anyway pushy. The next day I decided last minute that I wanted to try one of the dresses on again and they were very accommodating and fit me in. When I arrived Jamie was there to help me try on the dress. She helped me make my decision by suggesting I visualize myself in the dress on my wedding day. She was so sweet and I again did not feel pushed into picking a dress. This makes a huge difference and made the experience more relaxing and fun. Overall my experience so far has been great and I have no doubt that alterations will go smoothly.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST VISITING OR PURCHASING A DRESS FROM DESIGNER LOFT. It is hard for me to put in words how awful my experience was. Jess, my bridal consultant, was clearly inexperienced.  She had no idea how to measure me nor did she have any concept of fashion design, not recognizing ordering a dress 2 sizes too big would compromise the structure of the dress in alterations. Natasha, the seamstress, does amazing work but there was no way she could properly fix the dress.  I had seven fittings in total, three of which were in THE WEEK leading up to my departure for my wedding - as if that time isn't stressful enough for a bride.  At two of my fittings I met other ladies that were going through similar situations so my experience was clearly a common outcome that can be expected when purchasing a dress from Designer Loft. If that doesn't sound bad enough, when I arrived at my wedding destination I took my dress out of the bag and found it was completely dirty on the bottom after being dragged through this filthy store. Despite trying to find a new dress in the days leading up to my wedding I ended up having to wear my ruined Yumi Katsura dress.  Looking back at pictures and videos I continue to be frustrated and saddened.  I should have looked nothing short of amazing on my wedding day but, due to the ineptness of this bridal boutique, my big day is forever ruined. I was very patient through the whole process but in those final fittings, days before I was departing for my wedding, I got management involved.  Liz, the business owner, was hands down the most awful person I've ever had to deal with.  She took no responsibility for the situation continually telling me that she personally did not order the dress and that if it arrived so large it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to have them reorder a dress in a proper size -- excuse me?  This is the reason you go to a bridal shop, for the expertise!  Liz and I had agreed upon a partial refund for my experience and she didn't even refund me the full agreed upon amount. I wish I could give this shop a negative rating. Getting my dress from Designer Loft was my biggest regret in the wedding planning process.  PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, you are about to buy one of the most important pieces of clothing you will purchase in your life, you should be working with knowledgeable bridal consultants that will have you looking like the stunning bride you deserve to be. I found my wedding dress at Designer Loft and loved my shopping experience! They have an amazing selection and incredible people to help you make your choice. My entire experience felt caring and celebratory-. My bridal stylist, Jamie, was amazing! I showed Jamie examples of dresses I liked and she found AMAZING options for me to try on-- all within my budget, no less! She asked great prompting questions that helped me narrow down my choices. When I kept coming back to the same dress, she helped me imagine my wedding day and how I wanted to look. She gave me a veil, heels, and a bouquet, and I knew that was the dress for me. I am so grateful to Jamie and everyone at Designer Loft for welcoming me and my shopping party, and making dress shopping such a positive experience!

We had an amazing experience at Designer Loft. I called to ask about their inventory for a curvy/plus size bride before making an appointment after having a bad experience elsewhere and Jamie immediately put me at ease. She assured me they carried tons of designers who offered options in my size & price range, and told me that based on the features I was looking for she already had a dress in mind. Fast forward to my appointment which was lots of fun and I said yes to the exact dress that she thought was a perfect match for my criteria. The whole staff was a good time and also helpful, which took everything above and beyond. I'll be doing my fittings and alterations there too, and love how easy they make it. Would recommend to any bride of any size or budget!

I had the most amazing experience shopping for my wedding gown at Designer Loft. Amy and Liz went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, and even after selecting one, they allowed me to come back the next day to reselect another dress. With their beautiful wide selection of gowns, I was lucky enough to find a brand new dress that fit me perfectly and didn't even need to be ordered. For a last minute shopper like myself, it was great to find this shop. I must say the customer service and kindness I received from Amy was touching. My first day there Liz and Amy kept their shop open almost 2 hours past their closing hours all to accommodate my shopping experience. 10/10 ladies!!

I had the most amazing experience finding my perfect dress at Designer loft!!! I called the store and asked if they had a particular dress. Jamie quickly checked the database and told me they had it. She set up an appointment for the next day which was super convenient. I came in the next day and Jamie had the dress ready for me to try on. She also gave my friends and I some time to take a look around and see if there was anything else I wanted to try on. Jamie also suggested a few options. I ended up loving the dress I called in for and ordered it. Jamie was beyond amazing throughout the entire experience. She made me feel special and was genuinely excited for me. Jamie, along with a few of the other employees gave me honest feedback about the dresses. The staff are truly experts at what they do. The ordering process also went very smoothly. I was excited about my wedding prior to finding my dress, but nowhere near how excited I am now! This was all thanks to the amazing experience I had with Jamie and Designer Loft. I recommend going there to find your perfect dream dress!
