I am a personal injury attorney concentrating on car wreck claims in Kentucky and Indiana.

3) My fee agreement is such that I charge 33.33% of what I recover if a lawsuit is not required. You don't owe me anything unless I recover funds on your behalf. My unwritten policy is that for non-litigation cases, I will always make sure that my attorney's fee is less than the client's net settlement.
