They are very very very slow that’s a understatement I was here for over two hours just for a test that’s it!! I will never come here again!!!!!!!
This is the worst pediatrician office. They are terrible, they have terrible communication, I honestly can’t even begin to say how much I hate the doctors office. They honestly shouldn’t be in buisness.
They are always kind and very friendly to me and my child. They are always fast and it never feels like a doctor visit, it is always comfortable and very very clean!!
Staff & Dr. Krasen were very nice but it is very hectic feeling and overcrowded. The wait is very long. Feels very rushed. It was our first visit to the southaven location, we may try olive branch for her next check up.
Wait times have gotten so much better. Love the remodel
