Detroit Boiler

I contacted Detroit Boiler Co. trying to locate a special order of re-bar. Although I have never needed boiler servicing of any kind, I actually wish I did just so I could utilize this company. Their customer service is stand-out, head and shoulders above anything I expected! The courtesy of one in particular- Mark- was truly remarkable. Mark spent time making calls on my behalf, without me ever requesting him to, to try and locate this special order item. He reached out to me with very helpful information on locating the order, and helped with the follow up. In today's world, customer service is the defining feature that sets one company apart from another, and this one receives my rave reviews!

Scheduled a boiler inspection and request for quote to replace. Sebron, the service tech, was friendly when I first spoke to him on the phone, but then pulled a no-call, no-show. Follow up: ownership reached out to us and provided an explanation. It was nice that they at least followed up.
