Quality and promptness of service has definitely plummeted since the owner, Kathe Godsalve passed away. Im used to quick turn around times and responsive emails/calls. Now you call and wont get a call back for 2-3 days, if you get a call back at all. I hope they can survive under the new management.
We've ordered from them multiple times even at the very last minute and they get it done! Excellent work & customer service! Definitely will continue doing business with them!
