Fabulous spot, very recommended. They repaired 2 sunglasses in less than 10 minutes and they didn’t even charge me since apparently they were minor issues. Amazing stuff and kind good hearted people. 5/5 stars.
I started going to Devonshire since my 8 year old daughter at the time needed glasses for the first time. I myself remember going to get glasses as a kid and going to an optical store where they only had one drawer for kids. Hence, I wanted my daughter have a great first experience with eyeglasses. Devonshire is the only store I have found that is dedicated to children; they made it a great experience for my daughter and the glasses were made well. We now go to the store across the street because my daughter, as of now, is 13 and has graded to the adult frames. Now I shop there for myself, too: sunglasses and eyeglasses. Thank you for your patience and help picking out great frames for both of us.
I came for some minor repairs for my eyeglasses. And Roy took her time and helped me with the repairs. They didn’t even charge me. It was great service. All the stuffs are professional and knowledgeable. They even gave treats to my dog. Such a nice store with good people. Definitely recommend this store . Nice collection of glasses.
This place is awful, tried to overcharge me for my daughters glasses, which we had been getting from them for years, luckily I just walked out of the door. Total crooks. Customer service is beyond awful. Go anywhere else but this place.
This is a marvelous eyeglass shop! They have a great selection of frames and the most helpful staff that will help you find the most flattering frames. And the prices are fantastic and amazing !!! My verilux progressive lenses with coating were less expensive here than outside the city in NJ!!! I love this shop !!!
We're on our toddler's 3rd pair of glasses from this store. They are wonderful - they're patient and the glasses are always ready very promptly. They provide a warranty that allows for the replacement of same prescription lenses and frame for free within 1 year. We will definitely continue to return.
Can’t lie the lenses are expensive but extremely high quality n absolutely no glare i paid additional for no-glare. Worth the price imo. Especially for designer frames.
Beyond having a great selection of frames, the folks who work here are incredibly kind and compassionate. I came a few years back when my only pair of glasses had been run over by a car and I couldn't afford to get new ones. One of the staff used spare stems to put my glasses back together so I had something in the meanwhile and he wouldn't let me pay for it. I eventually got a replacement pair and I fully recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service from folks who care and do their work well.
I came in because I read that they might be able to fix my glasses without the hassle of shipping them out! And the woman did it so fast and did it for free! I'm so touched by their kindness and efficiency! They've definitely gained a new customer. I'll try out their frames next!
Needed an optician to adjust my eyeglasses and I came to the right spot. Staff was very friendly and I definitely would recommend anyone who needs any service done or new frames. Thank you again!
