Sad when you spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in DeWalt tools but yet when two tools no longer are working and ARE in the warranty period they won’t do anything to fix or make it right since the items “have been discontinued”. Not to mention the less than pleasant, rude employees that work here. There is a warranty for a reason and if items are discontinued the customer shouldn’t have to deal with this.

Below is a picture of a Brand New 3/8 Nut driver that broke after 2 screws. I am sick and tired of spending big money on Dewalt Tools and Accessories for them to break a day later. I have decided to switch over to Milwaukee due to the cheapness Dewalt has been putting out here in the last year and it's frustrating because I love there power tools.

This is the lowest barometer repair shop possible Every single repair is the maximum possible amount they quote. Never less. About 80% the cost of of a new replacement tool. Their “sweet” spot. All 12 repairs I have had done there have been the maximum. Not a coincidence. Regardless of how minor the repair. 4 of 12 repairs lasted a few days. Terrible workmanship, no wonder they have to try to rip off everyone Going to have the CBI investigate this, effectively, criminal organization. Absolutely putrid.

Took 2 compressors in to be rebuilt. The delay on rebuild was so long that the representative I dealt with Miguel offered to sell me new compressors at the rebuild cost. He was thorough and followed up throughout the process, and even helped me load and unload, as I went by myself, despite their phone ringing off the hook both times I was in the store. Miguel was truly kind and helpful, and even remembered me when I called to follow up. Will 100% frequent this location if I ever need more repairs done. Thank you Miguel!!

DeWalt tools are amazing and the warranty is top notch... I am sticking with DeWalt

The people here are rude and inconsiderate. They kept my saw for over 2 months and never called me when they decided it was unrepairable. They are the main authorized repair location for Denver, so I pity you if you need service here.

AVOID! I called this store about a repair and was told to come in by 5. After driving nearly an hour to get there, when I arrived at 430 the same day, I was told the technicians leave at 330, sorry. Absolutely no sympathy they'd just wasted my time. After loading my mower back into my car I went back in to ask another question and the same employee was berating the guy in line after me... Literally shouting that he should never come back again. The only positive thing I can say is I now know to never buy a Dewalt, Stanley, or Black & Decker product again since they make repairs very difficult and treat their customers like pests.

Great store. Kind of weird tho. They don’t have any better pricing on Dewalt than Lowe’s or Home Depot. The used tools are slim to none. Really just hit or miss if they have anything at all. I will say the service department is great. The chuck release on my impact broke. And it was was something they were able to fix right then. I just had to wait a couple of minutes. Thank you guys for not making me come back other day to get it.
