Had my first appointment this morning and will definitely be coming back. John is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. He really took the time to personalize and explain everything to me. I am excited to see how my body transforms with all the tools he gave me.

Had my first appointment at Dexafit today and I was very impressed. It is a very cool process and John was so informative and motivating. I walked out of there with a plan that is definitely catered to my personal body make up. I’m excited to see what I can do with the information I was given.

Completed my first appt. with John and got really helpful feedback and information about my muscle and fat ratios so that I can begin to make more informed decisions about exercise and food choices. About to start an 8-week program with John to support my knowledge building regarding eating for a healthier lifestyle. Can't wait!
