Dr. Roger Dexter and most of his staff are the finest in chiropractic care that Las Vegas has to offer! Every appointment with him got me closer to being back to myself and I am truly grateful to him and his front office staff for their kindness and his good hands. Dr. Dexter definitely has your back and your neck too! See him for a speedy recovery. I hope I don’t have to use him again in the future but if I am ever in another accident I wouldn’t see anyone else! Thanks so much SRC for everything!!!

Spinal Rehabilitation Center has a very Professional staff. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable about your treatment. The facility is very clean and all the employees well groomed. Great place for treatment.

Definitely recommend this place for any car accident injuries. I strongly dislike being in any doctors office too long and this place will have you in and out but still taken care of. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star it’s because the office stinks so bad like rotten eggs.

The police hit me while parked. My neck, back and shoulder were damaged and in pain. Spinal Rehabilitation Center had the right resources to get me back in order. I am happy I was referred to them and I would if I ever got into an accident again, go back.

Very nice caring office! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They want to get you better at the pace needed.

The staff are friendly and professional, quick, but not in a way you feel rushed, or that they compromising care, so very efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to refer any of my family or friends to them!
