I first met Dustin in L.A. and I took an on camera class there. I had an acting breakthrough while I was there, then I moved back to Atlanta. When I heard he was opening up a studio here, I knew my prayers had been answered! I have experienced myself and witnessed other actors level up in their careers upon taking classes at DFAS Atl because they truly want their actors to WIN. They don't just focus on acting, they make sure that your marketing is on point and that you understand the business of acting. Louis and his team have created a family atmosphere that you won't find at any other studio.

I've been to a couple of acting studios in Atlanta and I will definitely say DFAS is different in a good way. They really take their time getting to know you and your motivation for being in the business. Even in a class setting you feel as if you are getting a good amount of one on one attention while also learning from the feedback your classmates receive. They meet you where you are and improve upon your talent no matter your level. Highly recommend! P.S. - Go to their industry talk backs. Well priced and really good networking opportunities!

DFAS sets itself apart from any acting school here in Atlanta. They have came and created more opportunities for creators to be just that creative. The classes are informative and very hands on, and everyone knows in this industry you have to be hands on! I love the atmosphere they are always motivating, empowering, and helping students achieve what they want. Louis is dedicated to the students and the studio 110% and anyone who steps through those doors will know it immediately. The studio becomes your second or third home if you not from Atlanta. Do yourself a favor as an actor and invest in yourself and your craft!

This School is AMAZING!! The people are very much like family. Their class selection is awesome as well! The best is always pulled out of you. Louis Is very passionate about giving your BEST! He won’t settle for anything less. No wonder why all the stars and celebrities reach out to him for their big roles!

Working with DFAS as a writer on their WAD plays was a good experience at first, and I met some cool people along the way. The problems started when I was told I would have to begin paying for a ticket to see my OWN work at the earlier showtime for the play 7pm. After that, I started to think that this place was a bit money hungry and wanted to use someone else’s work to get ahead. I had also written a few scripts for them for some “Reel Scenes” late last year and early this year. A few months passed and I had not received a copy of the scenes that were shot using my script. After I expressed that I would not feel comfortable doing another WAD play until I had gotten the videos for the reel scenes to add to my portfolio, I was told that it will be 90 days before they would be completed and that they would sit me out from WAD plays until then. So fast forward, it’s now been about 5-6 months and I STILL hadn’t heard anything from them regarding my work. I decided to reach out the other day to inquire about getting those reel scenes and was told that they decided not to use any of the THREE scripts that I had submitted to them. That sounds fishy as hell. Why not tell me that when they were first submitted? It’s some BS going on with this place and I’m done dealing with them. I would also tell any aspiring writer to look elsewhere for exposure because this place will use your work for their monetary gain and not give you any credit for it! Then make it seem like you’re the problem when you start calling them on their BS. SMH.

the ATLANTA CLASS IS TRASH! I’m not even going to write a long rant just know that everyone in my class would agree It was terrible, a waste of money AND time. Borderline a SCAM! Louis AND Dustin only care about money. You won’t learn much. Only positive thing I can say is I met some great classmates, too bad the cost was us all be played. It’s also OVERPRICED AFFF!! Dustin won’t care about It being a scam either because he’s the mastermind. Ask past students before you sign up please! Preferably ones that aren’t super GREEN and impressed by every single thing they sign up for.

If you want to cultivate your craft and elevate your skills to the next level, DFASATL is the place to be. I love the staff and my coach, Louis Stancil. He will hold you accountable.

I loved it, as soon as I can get the $$$, I'm going to start classes. I love the energy and positivity that the instructors bring! They offer Industry Talk backs with Talent Agents, Casting Directors and Actors..I love that they are genuine and real.

Family Oriented ! Genuine Energy !! DFAS ATL is truly for the people. If you are looking to ease into the industry, they help meet you where you are and help you grow organically. Definitely worth getting a try!!
