DHI did our roof and gutters, including removing and replacing solar panels and did an excellent job. Mike worked directly with our insurance company and got them to cover everything except my deductible including all the extras that popped up during installation. Roof was torn off and replaced in one day. Gutters were removed and replaced in about 3 hours. Mike stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on every step. I'm 61 years old and will probably never have to have another new but if I do no one will touch it except DHI. Would highly recommend them for any roofing issues.
Ethen Bruner, DHI project manager & is one great person who cares about his fellow man/woman/HUMAN for that matter!!! Ethen, made my replacement roof process really easy & exciting because well holy crap I got a new roof!! Also the crew on build day was fantastic!! Started at a reasonable time and finished b4 rush hour traffic and I’m not even lying!! Amazing experience & highly recommend DHI & when you do ask for, Ethen Bruner to run YOUR home upgrade!! Thank you so much DHI!! I’m very happy with everything!!
Billy and his crew did everything they could to accommodate all of our needs and once when it came to replacing our roof. Billy had clear and concise communication with my husband and I via text and phone calls. Any issues that did arise Billy address immediately inappropriately without “drama“. The crew worked as well and professionally at all times. They were here and gone within two days and clean up was very detailed. I would recommend this roofing company to anyone. From the start of filing the claim, to the finish of cleanup they were very professional, punctual and easy to work with.
The best roofing experience ever! The two gentlemen that handled my roofing project, Isaac Stanton and Julius Wells were respectful, knowledgeable about their products and process, and made it a stress fre experience for me overall. I would recommend this team of sales, manager, and laborers to any one needing their services. My house is beautiful!
Five stars hands down! From start to finish, working with DHI was a great experience. The initial assessment by DHI was free and easy and at no point did I feel pressured. They helped me work with my insurance company regarding my claim, something I greatly appreciated since this was uncharted waters for me. The work was done on time and done exceptionally well. Josh Hull was the DHI rep that managed our roof replacement. He was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Josh and DHI for your next roofing project. You won’t regret working with them.
Tim & and the entire crew did an amazing job with our new roof. Tim was VERY helpful every step of the way. I had lots of questions, and Tim responded very carefully to each question. The crew did great work. They paid close attention to detail and cleaned up after the project VERY well. They had a magnet tool that picked up all the nails and blew off our walk ways and patio. I highly recommend Tim & his team!
I worked with Josh Y from the Independence office and he was awesome to work with. He was very prompt in scheduling the different interactions necessary to replace our roof. He was patient and took the time to answer my questions about the process and was always very responsive. Josh was also very thorough in his handling of this process from start to finish and looked for ways to get us the best possible outcome from our insurance claim. I would definitely work with Josh and the DHI crew again!
DHI was very efficient in everything they did from start to finish. I had another roofing company say that my insurance wouldn’t take care of the damage to my roof. DHI explained all of the process with me and I love my new roof. Thank you Josh for stopping by my house and reassuring me that everything would be taken care of
We had Mitch come for a free inspection of our roof and he showed up promptly, and was very professional both in dress and in manor. He informed us that there was a little damage but not enough to be an issue. He did however find a damaged seal on one of my little pipe things up there so he was able to repair it before he left. I am so happy he came out because he prompted me to check my insurance policy and we found that we were not insured the way we thought we were. Luckily, we didn't have a claim but we have since changed our policy so we will have the right coverage when we do. We really enjoyed Mitch. Thank you DHI!
DHI completed my new roof, and it looks great! Josh and Julius were both professional and courteous. Both men had great personalities wanted me to be completely happy with their work. I would highly recommend them.
