You have not never let me down when I choose your flowers to be sent to my family and friends. My last order was for my sister on her 38th anniversary. She was so excited that she took pictures and posted them on Facebook. Because of this I have received several phone calls, asking me where I Purchased the flowers. DiBiaso’s Florist was incredible from start to finish! Their customer service is top notch and so helpful, especially as I have a very custom order that required some extra efforts on their part. I have used Dibiaso’s Florist many times and they always have done a fantastic job on whatever I’m sending! Most recently was “It’s Your Day” flower arrangement that I sent on Friday and my sister was amazed at how beautiful the arrangement was and she said she will now be using them! I didn’t order until late morning but they still had them ready and delivered that afternoon! Love love love this florist!

Exception customer service!!! Our first order did not arrive to the recipient due to a few things that went wrong. No blame to DiBiaso’s at all. DiBiaso’s Florist was extremely accommodating and sent another arrangement out to our family member! Top notch service! I would definitely order from DiBiaso’s and would highly recommend them.

DiBiaso's created THE MOST beautiful floral arrangement for my wedding reception. It truly took my breath away when I first saw it in the shop, and again when I saw it at my venue. The pictures truly do not do this arrangement justice- it was HUGE and so gorgeous for a totally reasonable price. We received SO many compliments on this arrangement and made sure to tell everyone where we received it from. The entire process- from placing the order on the phone, to pickup/an unplanned delivery the next day- was quick and seamless. It's very clear DiBiaso's takes pride in their service and I can't imagine having moved forward with any other florist. I also want to highlight the kindness and generosity of one individual- whom I regretfully do not remember her name- who agreed to deliver this arrangement to my venue even after closing hours to ensure the flowers did not wilt or get damaged in any way. It may have been a small task for her, but her kindness meant so much to me. You truly get a more personable, "Mom and Pop" feel from this business which is something you CANNOT buy. Forever grateful to DiBiaso's for helping make my wedding day so special.

Delivered the a good looking bouquet on time. When there was confusion they proactively called and clarified. The bird pin was extra cute.
