Easy process and faster than expected...just make sure you set an appointment (online) first!

The guy at the shop asked to see my vehicle title and registration, which I don't believe he is required to see for a smog check. He then refused to test my vehicle when he learned the bulb for my check engine light had been replaced. I was glad to take my business elsewhere. The vehicle passed smog less than an hour later. Don't waste your time with this place.

Walked in for first appointment. Was very friendly, offered me coffee, water, soda, comfortable waiting room with tv and magazines. Very impressed with the service and business. I have used them before and always been well served.

I parked outside, walked into the office and waited. The guy didn't come into the office or look up even though he was directly behind the glass screen facing towards me. So, I walked around to the back of the workshop and from the entrance I called to him. He turned and said 'come around to the office'. I said, 'its ok, I just want to know if you have time now to do a smog test?' He said again, this time irritated, 'just come around to the office'. I said, 'I was already in the office, can't you just give me a quick yes or no?'. He says, 'just come around to the office'. I said, 'ok, no, goodbye. He says, 'ah, f*** you'. The place wasn't busy, completely empty of customers unsurprisingly and only one rude and ignorant person 'working' there.
