This facility is beautiful and service is terrific, makes the testing more bearable. They offer Saturday appointments which I appreciate so much! Thank you for offering the extended hours on the weekend!
I had an HSG preformed today and was so nervous about it since I watched and read too many other’s experiences the joys of having the internet. However, the nurse and doctor were amazing here. They put me at ease and were incredibly sweet and professional during the entire procedure. I will definitely be going back to this location should I have to ever have another done.
Wow. Now let me tell ya. I walk in. Super nice lady wish I would have gotten that name greets me. Easy to look at. In fact, most of those employees were easy to look at. Except Mr Curley head with the skinny pants on. He was difficult to look at without making a sour face. Anyway. Drank the yellow mystery juice. Ready for ct. Had the iv shot. Didn’t hurt at all. Well done. In and out. Enjoyed this trip.
What a very nice, professional company!!! They really take care of their clients. Julie, who is one of their 5 check-in persons, did an exceptional job getting my orders finalized so I wouldn't have to re-schedule my exam... That's how they roll...!
Rude check in, every time I had a question with the paperwork the women told me to sit down and clear the window. The procedure was canceled after getting IVs hooked up because the anesthesia nurse was having a bad day. She bent me 200lbs in half on a bed, cutting off my airflow then tells the doctor I can't breathe right. How humiliating.
Online scheduling for my mri was simple. Uploaded needed referral and I was good to go. Appointment started on-time, friendly and professional staff, clean facility and prompt results.
I was informed only days away from my appointment which I had waited a full month for that there has been an error and they had double-booked my MRI slot, and my only option was to push my appointment out *another* month until the next spot was available. Feels really great to know I'll get to hobble around for another month because they screwed up when scheduling me. EDIT: They called me about a cancellation eight days later, despite not having a cancellation list, and got me in only a day after my MRI was originally scheduled. Besides the scheduling snafu, everything was very nice. Change this review to a 4*.
Got a phone call and told me that my appointment was cancelled because my policy doesn't cover the service. I felt like they should have given me an option to what I should do. Just because my insurance doesn't cover the procedure doesn't mean I couldn't afford it. They rescheduled me in a month because someone took my spot. After 2 confirmations and was looking forward to the appointment, who's to say that this won't happen again! I just think that these schedulers need more training on how to properly handle scheduling. I gave them 2 stars because the supervisor "Jerry" I think , gave me a call back . This is a snowball process. Now I have to make other calls.
Do not use this site recent retirement and precert and billing slow downs lack of attention to detail costs you money use another open location and question their practice of letting you know daynof when I gave explicit new medical info to obtain and review for recent epicor and the lack of timely response by the precert is costly and delays care resulting in further damage of injury illness down waste your time here they're unorganized!!!!! They're sorry always but that doesn't give you your day off work or transportation or other items and allow for appropriate care delay of contact is adding to my patient bill.of rights.
Attempted to make an appointment for my mother scheduling process is horrible. Be prepared to not understand whom you are talking to and long holds and chaos given 3 different answers
