Diagnostic Imaging of Milford

I want to thank China and Denise for their wonderful care Thursday September 8. Thanks to them, I had no sign of bleeding from my contrast injection site. Since I am on blood thinners, that is a big deal! China was so kind and compassionate during the scan and after. Please send her my appreciation. Helen Fisher

Same day US Appointment is great, but if we don’t receive the results, what is the point? I am waiting my US report since this morning.

I have never had a bad experience at Diagnostic Imaging. My wait to get in for my appointment is always short as is my wait to have the pictures taken. Over the years of coming here I have had nothing but pleasant interaction with the technicians. The technicians always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in an awkward feeling situation. Last but not least I always receive my results in a timely manner.

Only giving this place a two star for having good receptionists. Otherwise, my experience here was absolutely awful. Doctor wanted me to get a mammo because of family history and he didn't know what the issue was. Went here and they were going to refuse to give me one. I understand that under 40 it's harder to read,but I got one anyway. The radiologist for my ultrasound was rude and condescending. I know from research that age "matters" with this, but there's no need to treat someone like a child about it. I could hear the doctors loud and clear while I waited too. So much for patient confidentiality. Wouldn't recommend this place.

They are efficient and very pleasant at the same time. I really don’t worry or dread going as much anymore because it’s fast and the technicians are so good at what they do. This is all surprising to my family and I because I’m a very nervous person. So I say a big thank you to all at diagnostic Imaging for they do a great job!!

My appointment was for 10am. I arrived at 9:55am, checked in, sat down and grabbed a magazine. I didn't even have time to open it. I was called in at 10:00 for my ultrasound and was done by 10:15!! The young man at the front desk was friendly, and the technician was also. The technician explained everything that she was going to do and everything went smoothly. I would definitely return to Diagnostic Imaging of Milford in the future if the need arises.

I arrived at the facility at 8 o'clock for an 8:15 appointment. They called me for the check in process within 7 minutes and I was being scanned by 8:15 on the dot. The tech explained what she was doing with every position change and apologized for any pain I may have experienced. My scan was completed by 8:45 and I was back home before my family even knew I was gone. Thank you everyone from the scheduler to the tech for such excellent customer service.

Clean and convenient location. Cordial and professional staff. I've had 4 MRI's this one was by far the quickest and most pleasant experience. Would definitely use again. 1 star off because my doctor was a little disappointed in the image quality. However, he still got good data from it.

The people at the front desk were welcoming . The first meeting with those at a front desk is so meaningful and important. It sets up a tenor for the rest of the time I am at the office. In addition, the person who did the imaging was very personable. She made my visit much easier with her smile and demeanor.

My experience at Diagnostic Imaging of Milford was perfect. During this time of COVID, the staff took great care in making me feel I was in a very safe environment. They also had posted one of the best "Wear a Mask" signs - showing the proper and incorrect ways of wearing masks. Thank you!
