Dial One Roofing of Oregon

Dial One did a good job installing a new roof about 5 years ago. They were quick to respond when the old roof on my new home started leaking. But I've needed them to do a small repair for almost a year. They keep saying they don't have my color shingles. Really? I've been a home owner for almost 30 years and have never before had an experience like this. I'm giving up on them. Maybe a small job just isn't worth their timeService: Roof installation

Wade at Dial One Roofing was fantastic! Not only did he respond quickly to my initial call, he came out the same day and did a full evaluation of my roof. He quickly found the source of the water damage, and assured me that it could be fixed by replacing about 1/3 of the roof -- he said the undamaged portion of the roof still had a lot of life left in it. This was great news to me since most of the other contractors I spoke to wanted to replace the whole roof. When Wade came to our home to examine the work needed and to give an estimate, we immediately sensed that he could be trusted. He began by telling us what we did not need to have reworked! As the work progressed, we became increasingly pleased that we selected Dial One. Dial One goes above and beyond to provide great service and make sure the customer is satisfied. I had a solar fan motor go out on my roof a year after they did the work and they came back and did the labor to replace the motor at no charge. They didn't have to do that. Dial One Roofing is like a long term relationship. Wade & team do not disappear after the job is done. They check in periodically to see how our roof is doing. I even received a call during a big wind/snow storm to see if if everything was ok - 8 months after my roof was replaced. Big customer service. Attention to detail. High quality work. I interviewed 5 roofing companies. The Dial One Roofing bid was about in the middle. We chose them because they felt very knowledgeable and we felt we were not being sold more than needed to get a safe and sound roof replacement. This has been a choice we could not be happier with.
