Diamond Head Sands

I have been living at the Diamond Head Sands for over 3 years and Dan is an excellent Manager. He is very organized, friendly and makes living here very enjoyable. Dan is always helpful & respectful. We really appreciate all of his hard work keeping the property clean, well-maintained & safe.

Lived in Waikiki for 3.5 years of those only lived here for 6 months and so sad we didn’t move here sooner. Location is 10/10. It’s a quiet dead end right next to the park and 15 minutes walking to waikiki beach. Out of the hustle and bustle but still able to walk into Waikiki for dinner and drinks. Perfect for outdoorsy people like us. Can walk, workout, swim, hike within 15 mins. Building had very quiet and nice neighbors. Pool was very nice and clean and we often had it to ourselves. Dan is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. He instantly knew our names, our apartment number, where we are originally from, and so on! We got a parking stall and it was nice and close to the stairs of our building also ample bike parking. So sad to leave but have to recommend to others!

Dan has been an excellent partner while living at Diamond Head Sands. Super responsive, looks out for the tenants and always willing to help. don't think he ever says NO! : thanks for all the help Dan-you are awesome. aloha!

We have loved living at DH Sands. Great views, location, well-kept facilities and excellent manager, Dan -- he is prompt, courteous, and goes the extra mile. Mahalo for everything you do!

This apt is quiet. Accept for the kids nextdoor at Waikiki Elementary.

The best building in town! Best building manager! Best spot!
