We pay parking tickets for not displaying passes, but we paid for passes that they don't send. These guys actually have a sign in their office that says," Were not the best because were the oldest, Were the oldest because were the best!" One talk with any one locally and you will know that is a crock of S#*T!

Absolutely rude and unhelpful service. I call the main number of the company to find out available parking because all the stuff online is outdated by like 5 years. I call the local branch based off the recommendation of the main office, he said they can tell me anything they have available, get ahold of a representative and the lady made it sound like I was bothering her, she kept shouting that I need to provide her with a location and only then will she tell me availability...... does that make any sense to anyone or is it just me going crazy, I can’t ask to see what lots are available if all the online information is outdated and the rep not able to help. In the end, I can’t actually rate the parking just the customer service provided.

There is one marked parking stall for this establishment but it's always open. It is tucked away just a street away from Ward Ave. Service is very quick and the receptionist was very friendly. I come here numerous times to get a parking pass that's close to the university.

Trash service with a little sign, scam- never park where you see this name. They are scammers

I've owed 12 dollars for parking here, but don't stay in the US anymore. I tried to pay online but their website's dead. And I called them, anybody never received. What should I do? I want to pay and get out of this annoying stuff.

I just don't like paid parking . Theyre shifty. And how can you honestly put pay parking on a post office parking lot

They don't monitor their parking lots and people are living on cars here in the Ala Wai Harbor.

The lady, Diana, was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me when I tried ask about a specific parking lot that they offered.
