The customer service was excellent, I wasn't sure what I was doing with the ozone machine and they helped me. It worked and there is no more cat smell in the room. It was a great introduction to the ozone machine and I feel confident in coming back for other equipment.

Great people to work with. We used the dual diamond grinder for our concrete floor. It was a great machine. My only complaint were the diamond blades that we bought from diamond rental. Make sure you get the right blades for the job. The ones we got wore out very quickly. We ended up buying some from a dealer online. Very impressed with the staff at diamond rentals.
So much better than renting tools from home Depot. Diamond is super clean and their staff showed me how to use the air sprayer. I was able to take a video... No long lines and overwhelmed staff. Was in and and out in 15 min.
Despite Covid restrictions Diamond Rental remains friendly and professional. I can always count on getting what I need to complete my projects from Diamond. The newly remodeled store looks amazing too. Diamond is great. From earthmovers to pipe cleaners and even metal detectors they boast a variety of equipment for nearly all projects. Visit your local branch if you have a project! You won't be disappointed.
They had my information from previous visits. The day before the equipment was in Park city, but they brought it in for me. Because they had to rush the service they missed a problem with the carburetor linkage. I installed a spring I had on hand and it worked fine, still they gave me a nice discount for my trouble. They went out of their way to make me happy. I will definitely use them again. Probably soon
Awesome service and team. Tried to rent a trailer and sod cutter from that orange big box home store - and they cancelled on me an hour before the rental. Called Diamond and they had me hooked up with what I needed in minutes. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. Diamond will be my go-to rental company.
Had exactly what I needed. Fast friendly service. If location doesn't have your need another location may have it.
Such a pleasant experience compared to their competitor. I will be using diamond rentals from now on.
