Here's how my journey with Sonia @ Diamond Touch went: I thought I was just going to get my legs done --> See the amazing results ---> Add under arms --> What the h*ll let's add the areola --> what was I thinking add the happy trail too --> Okay full dolphin mode, add the full Brazilian, etc etc. Apart from the fantastic results, one of the MAIN reasons I always come back and never stop referring my friends to Diamond Touch, is because of who Sonia is as a person. She is genuinely an amazing person, and so is Katya. People always notice don't ask how and ask me where I got the lasers done, and I have no hesitation whatsoever on referring them to Sonia; it's a win-win situation. They have and use Candela, which from my experience is the only brand/machine that has ever worked for me. Before Diamond Touch, I've been to 4 different larger-chain laser spas before, and Candela has always been the most reliable and consistent.Service: Laser hair removal

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I’m so happy that I came here for laser hair removal! It’s SO affordable and SOO effective!! I love the machine that they use. I heard about this place from one of my friends who did laser elsewhere but then switched here after SHE heard how good it was from someone else- and now I’m also hooked! Firstly, laser hair removal is the best investment I ever made. Secondly, this place is fantastic. The procedures definitely hurt as expected but it’s so worth it afterwards haha. My technician Elly is absolutely fantastic, super fun to talk to and does a great job. I just finished my sixth session a few days ago the time flies!! and I’m so pleased with the results. Sonia is a phenomenal woman; highly skilled at what she does, professional and a wonderful human being. Thus far, after only 3 sessions, I have seen amazing results. I would recommend Sonia a million times over. Before starting my treatment, I was apprehensive but she quickly soothed my fears. I couldnt be more happy to be in her care for this process - I made the best decision. She is truly a breathe of fresh air. Go in and experience her for yourself. You won't regret. I was so super happy to have found a little place like that at such great location, and amazing price! I started going there for one small area laser treatment, which turned into a full body.. And so It's been almost two years for me now, and I still go every now and then for touch-ups. What makes this place so nice to me aside from the result that has been more than I ever expected is friendliness, honesty, and professionalism of the owner, and her technicians. As for the place, I like that it's small and cozy. After all, what matters is the results, not the size of the room, or "fancyness" of the place. Their laser is great. Some friends of mine go to cheaper places with way worse results and my hair is pretty stubborn! Overall, I highly recommend Sonia and her crew to all who want to rid of that unwanted hair!

I felt like this entire place was shady from the start. My friend and I paid cash and were told that we will receive an invoice through email which never actually happened. Basically no professionalism from the start. The whole process was unsanitary. Results were not as promised. The technician does a lot more of a precise and better job than the owner, Sonia, who just tries to rush you. Only about 65% success which is not good at all. She knows that every body is different but doesn't seem to carry that out. She showed favorites between customers and gave them much better treatment and services. Bottom line is that I didn't receive the treatments I was told and didn't see the results I should have. Don't go to this unprofessional 6ftx6ft room. Save yourselves and your money!! also i posted this originally 3 months prior but was told if I didn't take my review down, she wouldn't give my friend her treatments either...

Sonia is amazing!!! She has made my experience with laser hair removal great. She is a very professional person who becomes your friend at the end of the first session. She addresses everything and always try to accommodate you. She is 100% honest too - some companies tell you they will do all the areas in your body and fail to tell you that if you touch a specific spot, it will only get worse. She actually cares about her clients and recommends you not to touch certain parts because the hair will only grow faster and heavier and you will end up spending so much money to fix it. Doing laser has been the best decision ever and I am so happy with the results! I honestly thought it wouldn't work with the type of hair I have but it has worked wonders!!

I have known the owner for few years now, been a loyal customer because of the high quality service that she provides for each. I tried other laser hair removal in Long Island and in the city, but at Diamond touch it’s the most affordable prices and truly the best services ever. Try it and you will not regret it!!!!!

Never give ur money to small ppl who want to grow overnight with ur money. Had contract with her for 6+2 sessions give the one thousand all cash at first session. She insists that she will be there Tuesdays all day, almost after first session start reshedueling each time, got 3 sessions and changed her word regarding tuesdays and unflexible, impolite regarding the session that SHE scheduled six weeks before appointment, so unprofessional.

Sonia and her assistant are sweet, patient and gentle. They explain the process, listen to your concerns ans comfort you when/if you ever feel uncomfortable.
