I was horrible disappointed with the customer service here. I got a quote from them decided it was great deal so i scheduled a time for them cut down my trees. They canceled on me 2 different times and then I got a call right before my next appointment and they said they would not honor the price they gave me because they didn't do it before March 7. How is that my fault that they cancelled on me?!?! I would never recommend these guys to anyone.

Wow! This place is amazing! We have used them for years to keep our trees trimmed and healthy. Last Thanksgiving we had a large branch come down on our fence. They were here within the hour and had it all taken care of before any of our guests arrived. Just recently, we had a large tree almost uproot itself during an evening wind storm. It was ready to fall onto our neighbor's house. Jake immediately mobilized a crew and they were out quickly and worked well into the night to take down the tree before it caused any damage. First thing the next morning, as soon as it was light, they came out to finish the job. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the yard and the area where they hauled things to their truck. We will NEVER use any one else for our tree work. Jake and his team are awesome!!!

One of their employees pretended to stroke his penis at me while I was driving. Then he followed me into the grocery store that I was driving to, and I was able to see his company shirt. I called the company to inform them of their employee sexually harassed me, and they said they'd call me back, and never did. BEWARE of people you are inviting to your house to do landscaping. ESPECIALLY this company. This man is a PREDITOR working for them. It's an absolutely terrifying thought.

Called and had appointment setup for the next week to have an arborist evaluate and give a tree trimming estimate. I even called the day of to confirm and the receptionist had my appointment information down. I left work early and waited and waited and they never showed. I called that evening and left a message to reschedule and they never called me back. I guess they didn't need my business. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be using them again.
