Called into their office multiple times and sent follow up emails looking for a pricing sheet to give them work servicing 150 units in Phoenix and no one could bother to give it to me after promising to. Poor customer service/communication abilities

Scott was so amazing and informative. Thank God I kept calling as other plumbers wanted to rip through my walls. After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Saved thousands of dollars, unreal but will only go with diamondback plumbing for all the rentals from now on. Tha k you so very much for your honesty and thorough knowledge!!!!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber Scott Andrews was timely, did the job well no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home, and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.
