Some background first: I have searched for the perfect “step up” 25th anniversary ring for 5 years. Happened into Diamonds Direct to visit my niece. I thought I would look around to see if anything caught my eye, was introduced to Danna. Danna proved to be a perfect match for me and my indecisiveness! I cannot adequately describe the amount of patience and overall calm she exuded throughout my entire experience. I started with the exact center diamond I wanted and then moved to decision on the two side diamonds. Both were found and I approved the band content and design. I picked up the finished, breathtaking totally custom ring today!! I’m thrilled not only for my long awaited anniversary ring, but the ease and personal attention I received from Danna and everyone else with whom I interacted ! Thank you, Diamonds Direct!

We came to Diamonds Direct looking for a wedding band for my now wife. We had the best interaction with Gina. She was extremely helpful and has a great eye. She helped us pick out the perfect band. She even offered to bring it to the house after I finished paying it off because I hadn’t been feeling the best. We will definitely be going back because of her customer service and the amount of options they have. Highly recommend!!

I have purchased jewelry three separate times from Diamonds Direct and they have exceeded my expectations each time! Everyone I have worked with is extremely friendly and seem to be trying to help me out rather than just make a sale. Today I was in with my wife to add onto her wedding ring set and Michelle helped us out. She was extremely patient, friendly, and as I told her, not at all like a used car salesman. She wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell” us anything, just wanted to make sure we were fully informed and had explored all of our options. I bet we tried on 12 different rings until we found the perfect one, but looked at 100. I won’t shop anywhere else but Diamonds Direct!

Wonderful experience! Motoko helped us pick out our bands and was very helpful and patient. She was knowledgeable on rings and designers that were within our budget and made sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted! GENTLEMEN! Can't recommend Diamonds Direct enough. Dana was very helpful in picking out an engagement ring when I had no idea what the heck I was doing. She made the whole experience stress free and was personable throughout. Plus a free beer!!

I came in and met with Dana. She gave me so much excellent information and provided me with some excellent options. I decided on a diamond and waited a few weeks and when I came back to pick up the ring I was stunned!! In short, go see Dana or any of the amazing people at diamonds direct. They will take great care of you!

Jen was awesome! I came in nervous, not knowing what to expect but she was so sweet and helpful that finding the perfect ring was a breeze: You could easily tell she loves her job and really knows what she is doing. Also, REALLY appreciated her telling me her true opinions and not just telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. I will 100% be coming back to work with her for any of my jewelry needs!

Ray was absolutely amazing!! She helped me every step of the way find the perfect wedding band. She was thoughtful and kind, never pushy, always helpful. This store is the only jewelry store I will buy from! They are prompt and friendly, Dana and Ibrahim are amazing! Their upgrade maintenance plan is the absolute best! Every year they will upgrade your diamond for 110%, which has become an anniversary tradition for us! And any time my ring is looking dull or needs resizing they do all the work for free! Again, the absolutely best jewelry store you will ever buy from!
