Diamonds Direct Oklahoma City

My experience shopping at Diamond's Direct was easy and fun. Everyone in the shop was friendly and Wes worked hard to make sure I walked out with the perfect ring. My fiance loves her ring and the jewelers at Diamonds Direct did an excellent job. Of course I got the wrong size, but they were great tot work with on getting her the perfect size at no additional cost. Getting my fiance's ring at Diamonds Direct was probably the easiest part of the entire engagement.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I have bought two rings from this store. April is the most awesome sales person and the most knowledgeable I have met. April truly cares about her customers! April made the buying experience absolutely amazing and exciting. I trusted her completely. I walked in and showed her a picture of a ring I wanted and she had the exact ring in for me I. Just a few weeks. My sone bought his first ever engagement ring from here with April also. She took sick good care of him and was so kind! This was a big investment for him just getting out of college and she made the whole experience fantastic. Seriously cannot recommend this Place enough. If I could give April 10 stars I would!!!

Not only was the hospitality exceptional, Nelson was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he sold me exactly what I was looking for, at a great price. I will definitely be going back to make another purchase and refer everyone I know. Thank you Nelson and Diamonds Direct, I look forward to seeing you in the future!!

Went to the Diamonds Direct in OKC this weekend and had the best experience! I came in with an idea of what I wanted but after talking over logistics we realized that my idea might not be as functional or lasting as I would prefer. I was then without an idea of what I wanted in a store wth hundreds of rings. The associates were patient and gave great advice. April went above and beyond! I explained the style I liked and after looking at several rings and describing what I liked or disliked about each she said she had the perfect one. When she came back she really did! She took everything I said and was like she pulled my perfect ring from thin air. I didn't want to try on a single other! We are using a family diamond so she worked with my boyfriend to make sure all the information was saved and everything was taken care of. I cannot rave about April more!
