The doctors are great, but same as like another reviewer regarding staffing. Not sure if they are short but no one ever answers the phone, it always took at least 3-5 calls and messages to get an appointment and adjust billing. I've received several invoices, all incorrect now; will never be going back.
Trying to set up an appointment for days now and no one is answering the phone call, The voicemail is full. And they charging me for something i didnt know about. Drs are nice, the staffs are mean.
It is like impossible to make an appointment on phone. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns voice messages......better go somewhere else. Totally waste my time.
Excellent Dr, I’ve been going there for 20 years. I love Dr. Huang.
