Initial sales experience and delivery was good. But now my car has been sitting for 10 days in the garage because the back office was too lazy to do the DMV paperwork. Here I am 40 days later with a car that is not street legal. Yes, I contacted the dealership before posting this.
Great Volvo dealership to work with. I appreciate the fact that they post service interval details with information and pricing on their website, making it super easy to plan for the future.
Richard has expressed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was cussing and extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced something so horrible coming from a “professional”.

I’m so frustrated with the service department for this dealership. I bought a new Volvo in 2020 and have had to have it serviced twice & am now trying a third time. All three times I’ve attempted to schedule an appointment via phone & have gotten the service manager’s voice mail where she promises to call back before the end of the business day-she’s NEVER called back. The last two times after leaving multiple msgs over several days I gave up and just scheduled via the website. This time, however, I really need to talk to a live person, have left a message & still no call back. Definitely not the type of service I expected from a “luxury” car dealership. I got better customer service from the Ford dealership dealt with for my previous vehicle .
I am ashamed to say I did not fully appreciate these hard working folks until I had a terrible experience buying my daughter a new car elsewhere. These folks are absolutely professionals and treat you like you matter! I leased my 2020 XC60 over 2 years ago, and in that time, they have treated me like I am their only customer multiple times. They always make you feel like your time is important, which I truly appreciate & have come to realize is rare these days! Thank you all!!!!
Very disappointing. We bought our car new from this dealership and had great service initially. On routine service and maintenance has been a completely different story. Drove 1.5 hr for a scheduled repair only to get there and they tell me they don't have the part needed to fix the issue. Was not offered solution or any way to make the situation right. Was just advised to drive to Greenville Volvo who also did not have my tire in stock. Very disappointing for a mom of two small kids who had to get a babysitter for the day to drive to get my car serviced. You pay a luxury price for your car but do not have even decent customer service once you drive it off the lot.
Richard in the service department saved me soooooo much money and headache!!! I almost bought a lemon but Richard prevented that. Let me explain. I was going to buy a used 2012 Volvo S60 T5 from another dealership. I called Dick Dyer Volvo to find out if I could have it inspected before I committed to the purchase. I found out that the engine needed to be replaced! The engine people!!! Having someone like Richard save me from a money-pit of a car is absolutely invaluable. I’m a young woman trying to make it on my own and almost was taken advantage of. If you have a Volvo, PLEASE bring your car here for servicing. If you’re thinking of buying a used Volvo, bring it here for an inspection BEFORE you commit to the purchase. The customer service is top-notch and I’ll be FOREVER grateful for Richard’s assistance.
